unbeatable or ''you cannot beat us'' references an old (Australian?) nintendo ad that featured these 5 characters for a console, each character referencing a different game, except the main guy. it was classified as creepy by people who have watched due to how its animated, how stiff and emotionless the characters were. atleast thats how i think ppl found it creepy, you cannot beat us is just the main quote they use to reference how hard their games were as well. which, the older games were really difficult
Yeah the NES games were just hard back then.
I also noticed a lot of fun details on the UI during it, most people probably recognize the fire bar lowering your health in bowser's section, but in the duck hunt segment every time your health goes down BF's icon flashes white, the old NES zapper really read the brightness of where you were pointing it and used that to tell if you hit the ducks, so just like that they'll turn into white squares for a frame whenever you shoot them

"Unbeatable" is based of a nintendo commercial that only was seen in australia and it was disturbing for many kids, there is footages of it on youtube, all of these characters appears in the commercial itself telling you "you cannot beat us"

"Nourishing Blood" is basically a big love letter to a man by the RUclips name of Vargskelethor, better known by the name Joel. He made a video about Mario bootlegs, but he also made a bunch of other content, represented by all those characters in the background running around.
The song "Dark Forest" references a creepypasta/SMW ROM named 'the, also known as Coronation Day in the files. The ROM shows Peach having been seemingly possessed by some sort of demonic creature in a forest, which is why she calls herself the "king of this forest". The scene with Mario dead in a cabin also references a part in the game where Mario builds a cabin.

I used to hate the Among Us cameo in the first outing, but with the ending I like it much more. If BF interacted at all with this guy, instead of slamming the door in his face, he would have had a typical wacky adventure involving Among Us characters instead of the harrowing experience he had in M's world.

For the ghost bf, it was a reference of a glitch (I think) of Luigi’s shadow in the original game. When Luigi used the phone and the lightning struck, his shadow appeared him “hanging”

So, No Hope is based on an old animation series made for Newgrounds called Power Star. It's a story about Mario being possessed by a host of Boos who then seek out the titular Power Stars throughout the kingdom to gain great power and slaughter all.

This mod is actually incredible, just the fact that basically every song is different than the other really adds quality, so sad we didnt get a good ending tho. Lets see what happens with pico.

I didn’t doubt the quality of this mod going in, I did doubt if it would be my kind of thing, I thought it would be more along the lines of the Sonic.exe mod, which for Mario, I wasn’t too interested in seeing, but it turns out this is more so taking from the weird corners of Mario existence, largely community-based stuff, and doing some pretty cool stuff with it, which I’m very into.
Thats part of the reason that this is one of the few mods I actually really enjoy alot, it pulls from so many weird corners of the internet at times and does something unique with them and love that about it. Helps that this is really high quality too, the effort is insane

So if you actually pause on each level it gives you a detailed description of each musical stage and what lore is mentioned. I think it's really neat because it's really fast paced, but I wish the game would tell players that otherwise ^-^

The version of Mario from last course is called 'Turmoil". From what I understand, he ate A mushroom with Yoshi code in it, which gave him an insatiable hunger for the Mario enemies. He's also partially or fully blind, I think. I couldn't find much information about him, other than a few comic panels.
So that means he is like Starved?

Its based on a Old Mario Creepypasta about Mario eating a mushroom that was corrupted with parts of yoshis code.
Upon eating the mushroom Mario gained the Powers of Yoshi wich were the long tongue and the ability to devouver enemies.
However the Mushroom also Warped Marios mind to be a mix of Yoshis. Causin Mario to become more animalistic and go blind.
Depending on wich version you read, Mario either goes insane and starts to devouver everyone who he comes by. He enjoys tormenting others and eating their Bones are his faivorite part.
Or another version makes him into a Anti Hero. Hes blind and his mind is still warped but his intentions are a mix between Yoshis and Marios.
Marios Heroism and Dislike of Bowser and his Minions combined with Yoshis Loyalty and nature to eat its enemies have combined into a Humanoid animal whos loyal to its friends like Luigi, Toad, Peach, etc. But agressive towards Bowser and his minions. Devouvering them no matter if they seek to harm him or not.
This mario however in all versions is refered to as Turmoil. So thats its name.

Not only is the "You cannot beat us" song, Unbeatable, a reference to an old ad like a bunch of people said, but you also end the song at approximately 50% of the bar, meaning it's practically a tie. If you compare the max score with their SUPPOSED score ("Score 1 Million") then you did lose but FNF songs go by the bar.
Also apparently if you FC the song, your score will be a perfect 1 million point, making it a perfect tie

Got this randomly recommended so I played the vid in background while working on something to listen back to (almost)all these jammer tracks. Gotta give credit, this was a nice watch!
Instead of ridiculously abnoxious or non existend reactions this definitely feels like a gameplay with commentary-type video, some small talks, goofing around and actually acknowledging what is happening ingame, neato. That comedic timing at 23:41 was funny.

Overdue, is based off a Mario creepy pasta game called too late, you are Mario and you are in the normal Mario 3 environment but the beginning soon turns onto Mario seemingly mourning his brother holding his hat and looking depressed,it keeps getting weirder when you spot your brother at the end of level one, it then turns into the mangled Luigi in the song. He keeps making appearances and at one point he breaks the screen in half, truly a masterpiece.

I think the credits showing how everything is a play can be either a “good ending” or an unknown since it’s not confirmed canon or non-canon.
As it turns out, the water in Abandoned (Classified Luigi track) is one of the FNF things that doesn't quite multiply/divide properly for framerate, so higher framerates make it go a lot faster
Rising and falling is usually balanced, but that moment at the end where it gets raised so close to the top means the faster rising can sometimes get you defeated in between your chances to lower it
I like how wario can be high pitched now instead of sounding like a ghost

BF ran after two, thus breaking the deal.
In reality it was yoshi's and peach's fault, they made mario mad
And BF has a history of fighting opponents that renege on their deals, so he never really trusted Mario anyway.
