Who is the "Spirit of God"? (i.e. the Holy Spirit?). He simply is God "who is a spirit", indeed Jesus states that "God is a spirit". God of course is the Father of Jesus. Jesus calls Him either "Father" or "Holy Spirit", in the latter case when He wants to identify and address that particular Spirit who is the Father. We can learn it from the speech about the two blasphemies, the first one directed to the Son and the second to the Holy Spirit, who is the Father who is a spirit. In other words "Holy Spirit" is the "SPIRITNAME" of the Father. "Father" (who is a spirit) and "Holy Spirit" are thus two fully EQUIVALENT names. The Father is here (and in heaven) only in the form of a spirit and nobody ever knew the Father in his FULLNESS ("the world has not known you"). Only the Son did it. This is the reason why "No man has seen God at any time"; INVISIBILITY has nothing to do with that. HOLY SPIRIT and "FATHER (IN HIS FULLNESS)" are thus just TWO different PERSPECTIVES of the same ONE almighty God, not two different Persons, I.e. no "third divine person" exists. This ultimately means that we have relationships with only two divine Persons: with the Father and with the Son. See for ex. "...those who will believe in me through their word so that they all may be one, as you, FATHER, are in ME, and I in YOU. THEY also may be ONE IN US...". Only FATHER and SON, no one else (e.g. the Comforter) is there. In fact throughout four gospels Jesus reiterates dozens of times to be only with the Father, never with two persons.

Unfortunately the verse quoted by you Mt 28:18 has been forged by the catholic church in an attempt to give the trinity a biblical basis, because the trinity is NOWHERE suggested in the scriptures. The correct wording is: "With one word and voice He said to His disciples: "Go, and make disciples of all the nations IN MY NAME,"
See Eusebius of Caesarea (p.152 THE PROOF OF THE GOSPEL Bk. III, verse 132).
Accordingly, Peter baptized in the name of Jesus “Repent and be BAPTIZED every one of you in the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST for the forgiveness of your sins.".
