i had a mini chopper and I was riding down the road and a suburban pulled up next to me he role's down his window and he asked me where I was going and told me to follow him so I did when I got to his house we walked around the back of the house and he had a pocket rocket x18 he rode it the summer before and didn't do anything to it the next year he didn't know what it would take to get it running and he said that I can have it I went home and I used my dads truck and went and got it I put a new sparks plug in it clean the carb out clean the gas tank and put new gas in it and I put a moped battery in it chocked it kicked it over a couple times to prime it and the 4th kick is started I rode it about five times and my older half brother wanted it so I sold it to him for 400.00 dollars he bought it so he could go riding with me on my mini chopper and a friend of ours on his Yamaha moped
Dylon Desbiens hell yeah he didn't know how to get it going again the following year but I have grown up riding I had my first snowmobile at the age of five a Kawasaki drifter 440 and I had a manco dingo buggy 8hp turned the governor up all the way and I used to beat both of my cousin's on their quads a Yamaha warrior and a Yamaha blaster I could beat them on the road and the trails and we use to go riding in the winter
I already have a real bike (Current model Kawasaki Ninja 650) and these advanced super pocket bikes for only 1000 dollars IS REDICULOUS and I want one SO BAD. Some of those bikes are full manual transmissions with 4 gears and a (claimed) top speed of 70mph! Like, WHAT THE CRAP! I could've gotten into bikes so much sooner if I had known. And I still want one anyway even though I have a ninja 650 already. There's just so much fun to be had on small and manageable super pocket bikes!
Hell, i just WISH i could FIND a used x18, even if it don't run! It's impossible to find them anywhere with the crap the epa is pulling, and here in Utah, pocket bikes never really took off so its even harder!

Hey, I purchased a gas pocket bike from amazon for my nephew a couple of xmas' ago. The chain keeps popping off and has a flat. Also it was full of gas and still wouldn't start. Where could I take it for repairs? My local bike shop won't do it.
Ask any family members who are more familiar about it. Also go on pocket bike forums to get more info and possibly fix it yourself. (Not to sound harsh)

All depends on if it can bolt straight on or if it requires modding to fit, ik some of these that use the 125cc clone grom motor can take the 200cc lifan motor
Hehe, good luck, mate! If that wasn't a joke, though ... ah, umm. Motorcycles with stick shift do not exist at all. That's a car thing. Manual motorcycles only use foot pedal shifters, pocket, super pocket, and full size all included. Most pocket bikes under 70cc have only one speed and use a centrifugal clutch, so there is no way to shift them at all, but many of the higher cc pocket engines (70+ cc) have 4 speed manual transmissions with foot pedal shifters and manual clutch levers on the handle bars exactly like full size bikes (250+ cc). No stick shift, though. It's just not a thing that exists on two wheel vehicles.
