I now really want to read this book, because of what you said. I think one could use this technique for to differentiate between own real thoughts and doubts that manipulator's have installed. For example covert narcissist's use so subtle gaslighting that in the end you are not sure if something real or not. If you could learn this to use in real time, then their gaslighting manipulation becomes obsolete. High hopes.

@@jamesdeardenbush I found this book near by and I can probably get it, but it is a lot of read. It's a huge book. I wonder if you can direct me in to a few specific chapters in which author goes into the subject of what you mentioned in the video? I have no time to read whole thing right now unfortunately, but it's really interesting. I also have watched him on youtube and he has very interesting way to explain about all that tantra and yoga stuff. I can only read between the lines right now. Thanks again
