Since you asked for tips. Here's some for the mixing. When you're mixing, you get a preview of what you are going to get along with 2 meters, one for volume (how many you will get) and one for level (how closer you are to the next tier/color). You get a different color and stronger item every 3 levels. The "+" doesn't make the item stronger, it's just one step closer to the next color. The weakest items are blue, lower mid are green, higher mid are yellow, and the strongest items are red. Example for health items: hemostat (blue) = level 0 hemostat+ = level 1 hemostat++ = level 2 med pack small (green) = level 3 med pack s+ = level 4 med pack s++ = level 5 med pack medium (yellow) = level 6 You can guess that at level 9 you will get a red med pack You get more levels if you mix the right type of items like the memo said. Recovering Type for health items, Anesthetic Type for darts. Example: if I mix a Dart S+ (blue, level 1) with an An. Aid, it will increase its level by 5 becoming a Dart L (yellow, level 6) But if I mix it with a Recovery Aid, it will only increase its level by 1, becoming a Dart S++. Not enough for the next color (all 3 Dart S, Dart S+ and Dart S++ perform exactly the same) Intensifier (boost to level) and Multiplier (boost to volume) can be mixed with either packs or darts. Yep the pipes puzzle also got me like 2 days to solve it the first time, you really need those brain cells in this old games, also this is a really a game with replayability, and I mean it, totally diferent endings (not just "dude x is or not present in the same final scene" *cof*resident*cof*) with totally diferent final bosses battles.

I love Dino Crisis 1 and 2. This game made me scared from the music alone. This was one of the first games I've ever played. I was 5 when I played this. Needless to say that my mom didn't know what the ESRB rating M meant. But I love this game. I think the second game is my favorite though. You should definitely play the second game!! This was the first Survival Horror game that I have ever played and it spawned my love for Resident Evil. Im sure you'll really enjoy this.

I STILL, have the poster on my wall that came with the player's guide. It's like a giant electrical map, but shows where all the items are and things. It still looks so good.

I used to play dino crisis 2 after school almost everyday, I was definitely a speedrunner back then. It takes like 5 hours to finish if you are fast. I hope you still play that one eventually
Same here, DC 2 was blast in terms of gameplay and pacing. 1st was definitely a harder game and pretty much harder with puzzles and brain using. But imo DC 2 was better for my taste!
Oh, Dino Crisis... I thought you would react to the other endings of Silent Hill 2 Remake, and I think the best way to do that was just to simply directly just watch the scenes in a video without having to try to play to get them , because I think it would be too unnecessary to try to play again just for the different endings, at least to record for RUclips, so just watch a video with all the other endings just to react to it would be fine, for me at least, so I thought you would do that... But, ok, Dino Crisis! This game is for sure iconic, of course right next to Resident Evil, but my opinion is that unfortunately it suffers a lot from the puzzles, because they get worse and worse to the point of being ridiculous, so that for me is a huge negative for this iconic game, because this game really is iconic, the base premise is good and Regina is just amazing, so, this is a game that would really benefit a lot if it gets a proper remake, the puzzles can be fixed to be a lot less and not too ridiculous and all the great things to modernize it can be done beautifully, and I'm sure Capcom knows this for years, so I don't know what the heck they're waiting for!! It amazes me how a native english speaker could behaving such a hard time understanding instructions and stuff. Localization for this game must be really bad. Makes me wonder how I was able to beat this game back then when I couldn't even understand a word.
