Actually, FHL is with the first 2 colors being Black, Pitch and Night and also without Neon Tert too
Examples of a FHL:
Pitch / Black / Blue
Solid Neon
-------------------------------
Pitch / Pitch / Fuschia
Solid Glass
Tert material must be Neon for being a True HL, it also needs the correct order too

What does legendary color mean? And how do u get a neon colored dragon? I’m really new I started a few days ago and I’m just trying to learn!

So the legendary color allows the colors on your dragon to change to different colors depending on what element it is! For example if it’s a vampire element the colors will be mostly red to black to a darker red! And to get one you can either buy one at the player shop in under city for 1 million coins or during guild wars! And for the neon color you need to use material potions and there’s a chance it will give you the neon material!
