This just sounds like a massive battle is taking place, where enormous armies of countless beings are giving it their all, fighting for their homes. All the while, creatures of darkness and evil surge with limitless power in an attempt to crush resistance once and for all. Blades and armor gleam in the dimming sun, while the air is filled with the cries of anger and pain, the smell of blood hangs so heavily you can taste it in the air. This is truly the do or die moment.
There could be a transformation for Sonic in colors called rainbow Sonic:Before fighting Nega mother wisp in the DS version and in Ultimate if they did include her, after Sonic turns Super the wisps would team up with him and so using both the power of the emeralds and the wisps he becomes rainbow Sonic. And after beating the boss and by doing so completing the game aswell you would be able to use rainbow rainbow Sonic in the normal levels with 50 rings. The difference in gameplay is it would also have some abilities from the wisps like drilling through ground, walking on walls and on the roof while spin dashing and the possibility to boss straight up.
Context: Eggman has had enough. He takes the Time Stones from Sonic CD and the Phantom Ruby from Sonic Forces to make a superweapon even Shadow would shiver at the sight of. Considering the Time Stones control time, and the Phantom Ruby causes crazy alternative dimension illusions, this would be one heck of a hard final boss to defeat. He combines the two to make the Warp Ruby. He then uses this as the fuel for one of the Eggman's best, tankiest mechs. (use your imagination) He calls it the Egg Warper. He then challenges Sonic once again, but this time, the biggest challenge of both of Thier lives was about to take place. The battle starts at the Death Egg zone, like any normal boss, with the three thing to stop Eggman and take out his empire once again. This goes on for some time, until Eggman loses with his final boss mech, once again. But if you collect [Specific item here for non spoilers] a cheese sandwich, some things are different. Eggman is... Smiling... Sonic and the gang know something is up. This is where the music begins. Eggman unleashes his new mech, and tries out some attacks. After that, team Sonic know what now they were truly up against. Sonic tells the others to leave, and that he'll deal with Eggman, and they should run while they can. Tails agrees, he was already thinking of leaving, but Knuckles was at first concerned for Sonic's safety for two reasons. One is Eggman. The other... He then decided to follow Tails. Sonic makes his move. He takes the super emeralds from Sonic 3+K and the master emerald. Eggman now knew what HE was up against and automatically made a Phantom Copy of every single Sonic villain that was featured after himself, Perfect Chaos, Metallic Overlord, the Biolizard, Nega-Wisp Armor, Solaris, Perfect Dark Gaia, even Sonic bosses that weren't revealed yet were thrown into the mix thanks to Eggman blasting to the future. Sonic then made his move. He combines the Super emeralds along with the Master emerald and, transforms into a form even Knuckles was scared of trying out. "Perfect Hyper Sonic". This is where the music at 1:36 starts. The battle goes on for ages, with time and reality being warped so much to the point where it made Sonic and Eggman nauseous. Sonic destroys final boss clone after final boss clone, remarks a witty comment after witty comment, roasts Eggman a few times, and finally, after every boss was defeated, Sonic fried Eggman, as well. Another plan failed by the Hedgehog, and another victory chili dog party thanks to the Doctor. Sonic takes the Time Stones, Super emeralds, and the Master emerald and puts them all back where they came from, and warps the Phantom Ruby back to wherever it came from. Sonic enjoys the last moments of freedom he had before Eggman hatches yet another plan.

Either that or Sega make Hyper Sonic a pride icon, but seeing as hyper is apparently not Canon, and the possible seizure inducing stuff, we unfortunately probably won't see hyper in any games going forward. There was a glimmer of hope from the Sonic mania files but they probably had to scrap the idea due to some internal reasons.
