- Let’s make a cheese garlic bread stick today. It is very simple, no need for a dough mixer and no effort to knead the dough. The bread sticks are covered with a thick layer of cheese, which is very delicious.
Baking pan size 17“x12” (half sheet)
30x20cm Bread Recipe (2-4 serving)
Dough:
Bread Flour 210 g
Instant Yeast 3 g
Sugar 4 g
Salt 5 g
Water 125 g
Olive Oil 15 g
Topping:
Garlic Cloves 3 pcs
Unsalted Butter 15 g
Black Pepper, Parsley, Basil, Oregano, etc To taste
Mozzarella Cheese 250 g
Parmesan Cheese To taste
Preheat to 425°F/ 415°C, baking at lower rack for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese starts bubbling and the bread edge is golden brown. Хобби

請問老師揉与不揉出來的效果有不同嗎?口感方面哪種稍佳?謝謝!
揉出面筋的面烤出的面包会非常细腻,柔软,拉丝,同时面包也更保湿和抗老化。
没有揉出面筋的面烤好后新鲜的时候还可以,第二天也要加热后才好吃。
这款面包条油和芝士很多,吃起来还感觉不到差别。但如果时白面包,揉面的效果就会很明显。
Hi Sherry my kids love your baking. I just have one question if I want to make this with whole wheat bread flour is there anything I need to change your the recipe ?
Yes you can use whole wheat bread flour. After mixed all dough ingredients, you can let the dough set aside in refrigerator for longer time, like 2 hours, to let the whole wheat bread flour be fully soaked. Also you may need to adjust water used for the dough, whole wheat bread flour generally can absorb more water.
