@cindesung the flower is formed by a small cloth cup attached to the top of the stick right beneath the ribbon. in order to form the flower from the long ribbon, you start looping the ribbon to form the "petals," grabbing them where they touch the stick. Once all of the ribbon has been looped, the cloth cup wraps around the base of all of the petals to keep them in place. I'm sure you can find tutorials on how this works here on youtube or on the internet!
