Timer is paused at the Warpriest flag in order to avoid a bug where the flag cannot be rallied while gaining xp. The timer pause is allowed and is part of the official rules on Speedrun.com

Ive never fully understand Speed Runs... it amazes me how you can fly like that with the sword and do things extremely quick yet when I play (granted, Im not a pro) it takes my team a lot longer (we just do it normally)..
that’s because they are speed running.. they are doing things as efficient as possible while u are not doing things very efficiently.

Whats with the grenade regen at golgoroth, is that a buff from the pool of reclaimed light or somebody running veritys? And before anybody says it yes i know he has HOIL on but the regen isnt THAT fast, so there's probably another buff

I have seen a 1 orb golgroth.
Is it possible for you and time save? Or would you loose more time on other stuff if you are going for 1 orb?
We could do 1 orb Golg before the storms nade nerf that happened mid Seraph. A 1 orb Golg is also not as fast as it seems because it is one full pool of damage, which lasts longer than 1 cycle of taking gaze. Our kill here is only slower by maybe 8 seconds and much more consistent for runs.

Group of people that farmed kingsfalll together and decided to run rta. Ran for a little over a month total and only stopped because of LF launch. We’ve always been serious players and I’ve been speedrunning for a while so that wasn’t an issue, started the same time every night after people got home from work

How did totems encounter work ?
One person on both sides is soloing the totem. You’re able to spend a small amount of time in the room where your poison stacks will slowly ramp up and do more damage but it’s slow enough to reset the plate and get out. They go to middle and touch the aura and these said stacks are reset to 0. Other than that the 2 brands sit on opposite corners of the plate so they don’t overlap and kill everyone and insta deposit stacks as soon as they get them
