I find they do somewhat damage my nails, make them weaker etc. But I think biab is better for your nails 😊 mine last me weeks but that’s cos idc about them being ‘grown out’ ❤
Maybe go to a specialist in scalp health they can give you great advice with your hair /scalp condition and what to use they will use a camera and review all of your hair follicles it’s amazing and you really can concentrate on quality product to use to help

Hey! Yes we use an external hard drive but unfortunately even putting the footage into Final Cut Pro from the external hard drive can somehow max it out!
Yeah, I Would say on get a new larger capacity ssd for the device in question, like with Windows you can quite easily Clone and swap to a larger ssd,, but with apple I reckon they probably wouldn't want you doing that, it's all about the £££,.Oh well, I hope you get it sorted eventually 👍
The leave in oils are great but the slick back buns nooooo 😫 it’s so bad for your hair Jess. It causes so much tension and you can see the recession of your hair at the temples. Try some gentler “protective styles” when I’m all greased up with my oils/treatments I do a low plait that isn’t too tight at the base of the ponytail and if I go to the gym I just wrap that around itself. You don’t wanna be putting the time & effort to grow your hair long and healthy while unintentionally giving yourself a receding hairline 💔 There are great videos on here showing different protective styles, black content creators are pros at this xo
I’ll have a look at some other styles! Though I’ve had that hairline right from doing dancing competitions when I was a child for years, that’s not recent! 😂

I’ve thought about trying it that way but it wouldn’t work because of the wardrobe doors, also half the window would be blocked by the headboard!
