For now, I like how the company's managing 7TO8. They send them to concerts so they can gain experiences, stamina, skills, stage adaptation and crowd engagement. So when's the time of debuting, the preparation's already completed hence they can debut with ease 👍🏻 But, the only concern that I have is I hope the company didn't overworked them too much or exploit them.
