Main problem with Ferraris is the magic armour, HE shells bounce off everything apart from turret, and so many shells just disappear into the wheels
No, the Biggest problem of EBR is turning speed!😵90km/h 180turn, even Ferraris can't do this, EBR turn his direction too quick, I can shoot target at 120km/h go straight line, but its way hard to shoot target that can do 180turn in 90km/h.20tons tank turn 180degree in 90km/h?🤔That's why players hate it.🙄
and I don't understand why WG give EBR such a good gun.90km/n gun handling better than my 19km/h🥱
There is no magic armour. If you hit anything where there is a hitbox behind, you will do damage. Those magic no damage shots are happening when you hit too low, front or back where there is no actual hitbox behind the wheels. I have tested this myself in the training room, wheels do not "absorb damage".

@@jannekoskinen2050 yeah but that is still a problem - the wheels hide half of the actual hitbox, paired with the low profile, ludicrous speed and turning rate of the ebr, makes this a nightmare to hit
The thing everyone misses is that you need a fair bit of tactical prowess and battle sense to make this vehicle work. Well played Skill.

yesterday I hit one EBR on the move with my FV4005, just disappeared from full hp, felt so good
top tip for ya.. dont play the FV4005 for another month at least.. because you wont hit shit after using all your RNG up for the month :D

I can deal with the ridiculous speed and manuevers, great camo, but honestly how does a shell from a hvy tank hitting these muddertruckers broadside end up critical hit? if you are lucky enough to hit these things on the move, at the least, you should pen. love you man

There are more than just one broken tank in WoT and even more tanks that are not exactly broken but, at the very least, somewhat toxic. However, in my opinion, the EBR takes the number one spot for broken tanks. It feels absolutely out of place in this game. Just weird the way it moves. Maybe not even racing cars driven by top level pilots would be able to turn like that on a dime (imagine the state of the crew inside the tank). The most annoying thing is that you can't even track them, for some strange reason. I lost count of the times I hit one of those on the move, which is already not so easy, and...nothing, hit absorbed by magical wheels.
It is just a ridiculous tank that badly needs a significant nerf. It would also make other light tanks a lot more relevant. It is pathetic when an EBR just goes all out into "headless chicken mode" and uses the speed/mobility to spot other light tanks in typical spoting positions. Just empoverishes the game from a tactical point of view, in my opinion.
Note: At least we now have the garantee of one EBR per team, a very welcome change from WG.
Hitting a 90 km tank ,should never be rewarded with a bounce with no damage. Hitting this thing in my t30 and the timing involved with a slower shell, then it bounces. Bad move WG .

People should work on their aim instead of complaining. The majority of random teams is just not able to hit yolo lights. If we would have light tanks on tracks going 100km/h or more they would complain the same way. btw maybe some of them play with like 50fps or they are just bad whatever.
Sure there things which are quit op like good dispersion at high speed, autoaim but those things could be balanced so easily.

In my opinion, the French wheeled vehicles are the single most idiotic design Wargaming ever introduced into the game. I find the ideas that went into these designs - indestructible tires, repairing tires while driving, crazy physics, aim assist etc. - incredibly toxic. I hope the guys who came up with this idea are now working in a field that is more suited to their skill set.

my problems with this game is like this, "Heey im finally getting the Ru 251 and finally i'm fast as fuck boooi" then wargaming introduces ferrari.. after that im getting the swedish heavy support and wargaming goes oooh no you dont and nerf them XD.
The tank flipping/tipping mechanic in WoT is horrible. Hit a rock and you are on your side sometimes. WG needs to make it harder to to flip/tip over your tank.
I'm gonna make a rational statement-
"Ebr is not broken"
Because-
Extremely hard to play, only broken on a hand of a good player.
People think it's broken because-
1. Poor reaction
2. Firing low velocity HE cells at a 90kmph target 😂
3. Lack of knowledge where to shoot.
Ebr is fairly accurate to the history except the turning speed. Which is needed otherwise ebr would fly and crashed the starting of the game.

Because-
Historically ebr wheels are not made with single tube like every wheels. The wheels are made to take 1 or 2 hits and work fine.
So, moral of the story is your playing with t95 or turret less tds and you have poor reaction that's your skill issue don't complain.
Every tank need something to offer and ebr has speed.
Nerf the gun so it's as useless as most other lights and nerf the turn rate and it will be fine.

The problem with Ferrari is simply that the tank can shoot accurately even at full speed. If it were like the CS63 everything would be fine.
In all three battles you killed one m53/m55. You are the predator!
I dont mind EBRs. I dont know. These tanks are strong only when they are used by strong players. And strong players can destroy other's game with pretty much most of the tanks

It used to have 105 mm of pen, though its not that easy to play with,
I just marked this vehicle and final thought I have no idea how expectations for moe is less than for manticore. Although I had these battles when I bounced 3 times in a row shoots from FV, and it make you laugh and smile but the same time you feel frustration from other players without chating with them 😅 those wheels...
Armoured cars could be less imbalanced if it was made possible for them to flip. Edit: You can fall on your side?!
@skill4ltu: all battles you got a smaller green circle then the white 445m one, but after dropping at sand river @15:13 and getting back on wheels you got the circles same size. Is this a new bug from WG? Example: My Borrasque has 456m view, but the green circle is smaller then the white one, same situation as you got here.
nothing is broken to ebrs,all u need is get good.they were broken when they relased them,now they live maximum 5 min in battle.this is moust nerfed tank in game.and to play with it need brains and skill,and this is 1 of reason why ppl hate it.they are just bad and complane game or tanks but never themselfs.and when u take manticore park in bush and wait for win that is skillcap tank?how u can get out manticore from bush if not ebr...
Ebr would be ok with 0.5 base accuracy, 0.25 moving and turret dispersion and 3.5 second aim time. Then it would need to slow down or stop to aim.
I grinded out the line and have the 8 prem. but still don't like to play it and I love LIGHT tanks. The problem is that its an armored car that has shell absorbing rubber wheels. The fact that auto-lock hits more often then not when going 70s is simply terrible too, that's what makes the HE ridicules.

yesterday in a battle i hit EBR 4 times with HE E4 and did zero dmg lol
It’s proven that HE is less reliable than AP vs EBR “armor.”
For me personally i dislike some facts at this tank: 1. EBR's are full of bugs- There's way many times when I hitted the tank and the shell goes through him. 2.Whelled tanks should take damage at least from HE's in the wheels, or when you shoot regular shels from a high calibre gun... it's out of the world and world games not to take dmg by hitting like this. Those are my only reasons hating whelled tanks in this game.

This thing turns faster than a formula 1 car
These tanks are the main reason I never wanted to come back to the game after playing thousands of hours. Autoloaders were already pushing it, but they had significant downsides with no armour, being the size of a barn(besides the lights) and bad gun handling. This has a lot of hp, insane speed traverse and acceleration values, high alpha gun, high accuracy for the diameter, low dispersion, unable to be tracked, best spaced armour in the game.
and now we have things like the minotauro, a td a jgpz e100 can't pen hull down with heat and with no cupola, as well as an autoloader that can 1 clip a tier 10 heavy.

TANKS have a smaller Radius at 90KM/H than a bobbycar from my Kid......normaly the Car have to roll over and fly over the whole map. These physics are just made by wargaming and makes no sense....That EBR is 2 meter wide, drive 92KM/H and have a radius of maybe 5meter wtf....in german we call it "Elchtest" and that thing is better than a 2023 Porsche GT3 WTF

In Warthunder you just give those things a squirt of the machine gun and its over for them, as it should be, when WG introduced them they should have enabled the machine gun at the same time and Ferrari game play would be significantly different.

The theory of jingles, "the team with most ebrs wins" seems to be true. I hate ebr more than arta. The most disgusting thing bwing both of them in the same match.
my problem with those wheeled vehicles is the forcefield. Like when you hit one going 80+km/h on 300m distance and then you only shoot tire. The thing can still move without taking dmg. top speed is lowered to 65 or something which is still faster then most tanks
65 is not that fast. problem with these tanks is that they're either OP or they suck, there's pretty much no in-between. you can see this with the tier 7 and 8, which are balanced, and thus suck at pretty much everything.
I like to be annoying. So i 3 marked ferrari and almost went pro just to be annoying. Get gud guys 😮

I just can't get my reticle to look like yours. with stuff on top left and bottom right nor make the takes glow so fast and good like you and I'm not just talking about spotting... it's even at close range. I'm a newb.. only a few months in, but I'm no weekend warrior and think I'm actually doing ok. Checked out your site many times for help. Thank you by the way. It's just bugging me. I want it... I have the mod installed, but it's just so damn confusing. I've tested it many different ways and just gave up. I wish someone could just give me a print out list of the settings or a picture or something to get it right.

I played about 15,000 games in the early days of WoT, 2011-14. Since then I have just become a spectator. I left the game because I didn't like where it was headed. Seeing developments like the EBR just makes me feel good about my decision to leave. Mobility is King in WoT, and EBRs took that principle to the extreme. Armor is irrelevant when you are fast and small; the combination of RNG accuracy and aiming time gives EBRs a huge boost to survivability even beyond the laughably broken wheel mechanics. The best armor is being hard to spot and hit. Still, I enjoy watching the clown show from a distance now, and Skill, your videos are tops!
mobility is so overrated, survivability is king in wot, so armor and hp, EBRs are just very annoying, take away their mobility and they become complete garbage
