Greetings. My picks for this fight card from most confidence to least confidence are: Ige, Marcos, Clarke, Lookboonme, Amil, Griffin, Johnson, Pauga, Tavares, Cuamba, Hermanson, Potieria, Giles, Petrosyan. Good luck everyone!
Hyder is old for a newcomer but training with el nino means he is training with diaz and the likes on occasion. I think fernie throws with committment but I do think amil has a speed adv on the feet and with the 3 inch reach I dont see how fernie gets it done unless he takes hyder's back. hyder giving his back was atrocious. hitting a switch and then rolling to his belly lol. it was silly .
Fernie is certainly a primary striker so I don’t see him looking to grapple but who knows, if Hyder just gives it to him… he likely takes it. I tend to agree though. Amil should win. In my notes on the DWCS fight I have his giving up the back tendency in all caps. 😂
In my notes on a fighter, anyone I deem inconsistent, will have that note by their name. It’s not necessarily the win ratio but their performance. The fighters who show up sometimes and others just not at all. Rountree is one who comes to mind that has they note by his name. Plenty of others too.
Still taking Oki but mostly based on the circumstances surrounding the fight. Cuamba up a weight class on super short notice after just fighting the weekend prior isn’t something I like going into a matchup with Oki. Oki is also a physical powerhouse and being the much bigger guy will help him defend takedowns and Cuamba, although a good striker, is also a skilled wrestler. I don’t see him being able to use that area of his game with much success.

Thanks man. Yeah it does hit me hard because it results in a significant drop in Patrons and that’s a real killer. It also means I’m missing something in my analysis. I understand missing a couple because it’s a high volatility sport, but I shouldn’t be hitting less than 50%. It’s good to get a humbling experience every so often though. It forces me to adjust my process. This week is another tough card so if I can come out above 60% I’ll feel like I’m making the right adjustments. If not, I’ll go back to the drawing board and see where it went wrong. I appreciate your ongoing support. 👊
Im gonna have to disagree with your assessment of Fernie Garcia's UFC competition bro. Nakamura is a pretty strong prospect, but Hiestand and Newson are pretty bottom-of-the-barrel by UFC standards, are they not?
Newson, sure, but Heistand is 2-1 in the UFC, arguably 3-0. I had him winning that split he lost in the TUF finale. Heistand is far better than he gets credit for.
@@138MMA idk man, we might just have to disagree on this one, sure he's 2-1 in the UFC, but his wins are against Danaa, which is clearly his best win, Danaa definitely doesnt suck, but he does still have a losing record in the UFC, and hes been facing relatively low-level guys himself and Fernie, not exactly signature wins. Plus his pre UFC level of competition was almost unbelievably bad, he lost to both Ricky Turcios and Chad Anheliger, which is really not a good look imo, and, if you watch his fight with Fernie, he looked sloppy af (no disrespect, he got the win obviously lol). He does have his two TUF wins to salvage his resume a little bit, but I would still say he is extremely low level by UFC standards.

That’s an accurate assessment. Tavares isn’t really know for power so that could be what keeps Robocop in it and might lead him to victory.
