Went out tonight and bought them because I was skeptical and I'm blown away. The bass is so smooth, I didn't feel it to my spine but I can attest it's nice. The volume was little low to me and the noise cancellation you didn't need it. I couldn't hear anything at the gym tonight 😂
I'm charging my Crusher Evo's right now. As far as the low volume, they may have to be broken in like the Hesh Anc's.

You absolutely nailed the review. I just picked up a pair yesterday and these are amazing! I spent an hour in Best Buy browsing every single anc headphone available and came across these. I turned them up on the demo stand and just stood there and giggled like a mad man in the store for a couple minutes. I was instantly sold. I decided right then I didn't need anc.

Man, the bass is crazy. I just got my pair today for my birthday. I think I made the bass face at least more than 10 times. These headphones are incredible. First time SkullCandy buyer and they don’t disappoint. The style, built, the bass!!!!!!! I was bangin my head so hard with that bass. It makes it a new way to my listening music.

I got these a little while at best buy for 150$, and when I got them on, they sound SO DAMN GOOD!!!
So I decided to look up some reviews, and I saw the thumbnail and I got a bit worried!
Good to see you agree on all the points I was thinking about! I get chills down my spin when I turn it all the way up!
I also took advantage of the $150 best buy deal. It made the decision easy when choosing between the crusher Evo and the Hesh ANC @ $130. Never had a $100+ dollar set of headphones before, so the Evo was my introduction. These are just wonderful. Crisp, clean sound and that bass is liquid gold🎧. The soft touch materials are a nice cherry on top!
I returned my beats and got this after watching this review. They did not disappoint. They crush (pun intended) all other headphones in this price range and even more expensive ones! I do think they are not for audiophiles but for bass lovers, these are the best headphones out there.
Can you use them for working out?
@@jaydenk5281 so I would have said Yes a year ago. But I have had them for about a year and recently after gym they stopped working. I read and it says they are not sweat proof. So technically you can use them, but I don’t think they are meant for it. And skull candys customer service is useless.

If you want better ones, you have to have Headsets like Razer Nari Ultimate or Kraken pro 3 to feel REAL bass.
You just kind of helped my decision I was considering the Beats Studio 3, but I'm just not sure I think these might just be it.

Listening to this video with my Crusher Evos with the slider all the way up, future sound so damn good. There's extra violence at the last 10% of your max volume too, that'll make your face numb. It's like being at a bass heavy concert but just for your face, and that's why I love them.
Omg just got these today and I must say absolutely get them if you love bass. The bass all the way up is ridiculous and you can only take it for so long. Even with the slider all the way down it still sounds incredible. Money well spent.

@Pablo Jaquez i have the OG Crusher Wireless, returned the anc crushers cause the volume and clarity wasn’t there. Bass was there but i like to listen to my R&B as well as Rock and Hip Hop. How is the clarity and volume on these with the bass mixed in?
@@starrbraggs5557 I had the ANC ones as well and the volume on these IMO is louder. I turned the slider down some because all the way up it's beyond head pounding. With the slider just a tad up or at the halfway point its the perfect mix of mids highs and bass for me. Def better than the prior crusher line up. I love bass and you will not be dissapointed with these. I actually got them for 169 at Skullcandy with a 15% coupon.
Pablo Jaquez just dropped in to say “You were right!” I love my evo’s and the sound is immersive with my “Boom” equalizer for 3D sound. That bass, just WOW, i keep it just 1/4 the way up, the bass is tight and punchy. Can’t believe how my ears vibrate with the bass slider significantly below half. My OG Crushers i had to keep the bass slider at least 3/4 up for the vibration effect. Thanks for sharing your views on these with me.

@@James-it5dc Ahhh, I would love to, but: a) they are my go-to "kick-around" headphones, and have seen a LOT of use, so, b) I couldn't reasonably charge much for them, but, c) you can snag a new pair at Amazon for $100! Or a used (still warrantied) pair for $90!

@@James-it5dc save up for the evos... trust me... I ran through 2 pairs of the wireless crusher classics and they both broke at the swivel. Aside from that they still work lol... I didn't want that to happen again so I saved up for the evos and I don't regret it at all.
@@James-it5dc I would advice you to be patient and wait for this year's black Friday or cyber Monday. The crusers were down to $70 and even saw a pair on Amazon for $50, both new! But, if you are willing to pay the $100, they will be a worth it! I've had mines for 4 years. The audio its ok, but the bass is AMAZING!! Sadly, mines broke after seating on them many many times by accident, but the sound and bass still work fine. Upgrading to the evo.

I have skullcandy bluetooth wireless crushers, I love them. They sound amazing, and the bass can either be light or punch you in the face, depending where you adjust it.

Tien Tran crusher 2016 has crisp highs and mids but don’t that low but evos have a deep clean bass that can go pretty low i know we not talking about the ancs, but if u have the ancs here’s what your getting from the evos. the crusher ancs have more bass than the evos even at middle volume, so imagine the evos as the ancs at middle, that’s what your getting

I have never listen to a skullcandy crusher headphones before, but I think you make me want these. Awesome video!
You're going to love it. I still have the og wireless version. And i still love that thing. Still have it and still working. So i can attest to it's longevity. I traveled with it for many years until i got newer ones. The only thing is that the ear cups flaked. But i guess that's quite normal. There are plenty of replacement on the net. So nothing to worry about.
I'll be honest.. I'm considering of getting this. Only problem is i already have one too many of these darn headphones. Lol 😅

Your reaction is why I bought these. Always wanted headphones that thump like you described. Sold my Sony M5s which are great but too low just like the Apple ones. You are 100% correct about these. All these years spending big money in Sony,Bose B&O etc and none have the sound I’m looking for which is the sound I hear in my car with my system. The bass that comes out of these evos and the volume will cancel all noise just like you said. Literally a perfect review which is very rare. Thanks

I absolutely love these headphones, I have the ANC's. Some people like discrediting these by making the argument that "it's not real bass". And I think that it's an argument that holds no weight and doesn't matter.
I like comparing it to CGI in movies. You know the CGI stuff is fake, but it doesn't make the movies any less enjoyable. It actually makes it even more enjoyable in most cases, and that's exactly how these headphones are.

it is real bass though, it physically vibrates the diaphragm and if you placed sound sensors they will detect it as real bass. It also vibrates your head but that just makes it feel more real.

Great video bro.. I have been interested in the skullcandy crusher lineup for so long but have never pulled the trigger on it but now I'm almost 100% that I will go for the evos because I don't need the ANC anyway..

Hey JDL! Great review, quick question: do you think these are more comfortable or less comfortable than the ANC's? Idk what it is but to me the ANC's just aren't comfortable to me for some reason, I can't wear them for very long :/
These are pretty much the same. The earcups are tight around the ears and clamping force is firm. Also the earpads don't breathe at all.
@@NewStuffTV1 Are the earpads as firm as the ANC's? Comparing the earcups from the ANC's to my 360's is day and night. I feel like the 360's are just more soft and comfortable than the ANC's. Really my main problem with the ANC's is how firm their ear cups are haha 😅
