I bought a set of the Plouise colored bases. I got the blush colored and peachy tones black brown and the metallic ones when they had them 50% off. I like using them for cut crease looks often with sheer topper shades on top. I like them! I like your idea of putting the gel shadows on top. I never would’ve thought of that! I have some of the unearthly flakie gel shadows coming and I can also see myself using the melt glitter gels on top of them too! What a great idea

I wasn't interested in either the base or the gel shadows but after seeing you use then I'm not going to lie LOL I think I may try a few shades. The look turned out great and I can see the products filling a gap in my collection also.
Im not a base or gel person but this turned out so nice! Love the shine from the gel flakies! I have 1 and ive still yet to try it out of all my makeup. Might have to give it a go now
I think the look is beautiful.
Those SUVA products are waterproof paints for face and body. They're paints that you can mix, it's not a base! Watch the video about them on the SUVA website, she uses them for eyes, cheeks, and lips! If you weren't putting it over eyeshadow I think it would be more pigmented. There's two clear products in that SUVA line, one that is a gloss and the other that's a UV gel. If you watch the short video, she says that you can go swimming wearing them and they won't come off! Unlike the water activated liners, they are seriously waterproof.

I don't know if it would do anything but if the gel is a bit too flakey and dries fast, maybe you can try a small scoop of the gel and mix in a couple drops of the mixing medium and see if it will thin the gel out into a liquid shadow and if it keeps the opaque colors?

Oh those purple colors are everything on your dark brown eyes !! Purple's & pinks are my favorite eyeshadow colors. How did you make out removing this eye makeup ? Good old Vaseline would probably work wonders removing it. I'd love to see more looks using both these products again. I love the duo chromes and foil shades you use in your video's. I'm like a crow , anything shiny I'm all over it..LoL

Those bases last forever!! I have some of the flake, jelly type products from Kristen Leigh and they are fun, when I remember I have them 😆

Yea idk, literally everything except black liquid liners and most gel liners transfer on me 😂
Wow, just wow, I'm not usually a colourful girl but I would use those that is brilliant, the swatches did not do them any favors. What about a huge purple wing with it? Dont mind me I'm not an artist just a wannabe but that's what I would try. Talent. Pure talent. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
I have a lot of colored eyeshadow bases by a few different brands and haven't used a whole lot of them yet though.
Absolutely love the pressed glitters. Don’t know if I’d be comfortable in them tho. Let us know how it wears all day!
Theyre actually not glitters, theyre little flakey things in a gel. These are eye safe and easy to remove, where as glitters are neither 😄

They both wore beautifully together, the bases are super long lasting and wear amazingly, i really like them so far! Didnt feel heavy or crunchy om my lids at all. It came off much easier than i expected too. Probably cause i had an eyeshadow primer underneath and it wasnt straight on my dry skin
Hi Annette, The base shades are very interesting, but I don't like the multi flakes chrome.. they look Chuck and I have very hooded lids also they dry to fast.
I've been wanting opaque colored bases. I got a 4 pk of p. Louise color bases but I don't like them at all. They're very patchy and too emollient imo. I've heard using her paints as bases works best but I didn't know that prior to ordering. I have some flakes I never use because they are so messy, I love the idea of them pre mixed.

I think the mixing medium may be a UV mixer to make the bases glow under backlights.
There's two, one that's uv and one that's a gloss.
I’ve wanted color bases long time. There’s no way around it to get all the colors you want got spend at least 100 for them.

I don't like any type of flaky shadow it looks so textured and not in a good way. At least imo. I have just never liked the way they look.
I have some loose flakes and they are so pretty but I haven’t used them as eyeshadow yet because of that. Not sure I like the way it looks as eyeshadow even though I love how sparkly they are. I have used them as liner though and that’s really pretty.
@@amyed3415 yeah swatched out in pics on IG they are so pretty and sparkly but almost everyone I've seen them on their lids just looks cakey and wrinkly. I would love to be able to figure out a way to get them to lay down smoother.
