A dancer's box will be shorter or longer depending on how long their toes are! If you have shorter toes but wear a longer vamp, it will be hard for you to roll through your feet properly. If you have longer toes and are wearing a short vamp, your toes might pop out of the shoes! I have shorter toes, so a shorter box helps me roll through my feet properly 😊
A little late to the conversation, it also varies to individual feet. I personally have toes that are on the shorter side but I use a slightly longer vamp to keep my feet from bubbling out from the shoe (I have relatively thicker feet) love your videos by the way :)

Tried my first pair of PerfectFit pads. Love the fit. However the putty is not sticking to the cloth. Did I do something wrong?
