U start with a tablespoon and gradually increase … don’t go by the quantity as such in fact check on how soon ur baby feels hungry after a meal that’s. Better queue

On suggestion there is no need to follow 3 day rule as per WHO updates and baby can be given different variety of foods and introduce different textures.
One more just introduce new food in the first half of the day to rule out the allergens

Mujhe ye help ki jie ki mujhe btaiye kki m apne baby ko food kbse start kru m 5th month se start krna chahti hu. Mera baby 2nd Jan ko hua h to kya m Kal se start kru kl se uska 5th month start hoga ya fr next month se start kru after completion of 5th month.
