Agreed. I've seen two extremes of the hate that she gets: Either they'll say she works too hard or that she habitually takes credit for the hard work of her staff. Makes no sense. If you don't like someone and you don't have a reason, you're just a hater.
I appreciate her love and dedication to her craft and passion. But more importantly, I appreciate (at least what we’ve seen on camera) is her professionalism with her team. She’s not yelling at them or shaming them when they don’t “get” her ideas. She speaks to them in a calm, but firm manner to assert her seriousness, but relays her notes respectfully. Even in Homecoming when she was popping off on her crew, it was respectful, firm, but fair. I just think with all the Lizzo stuff, that such an important thing to appreciate.
