It's interesting to see Beyoncé say that when you're famous, you're property of the public. People don't see you as a human anymore. Because then I looked at the comments on this video and saw what I expected, loads and loads of hate. She's right. People don't treat her as a human anymore, and it's really disappointing that our society is like that.
People are petty and they forget that we are all connected, in every way. Even energetically. If we all remembered that, we would never say a negative thing about each other.

I just woke up with one notification saying "Beyoncé posted a video", so I got to come and see this, and I have to say that this made me so happy, wake up with her voice and her inspiring is so good. This woman never ever fail to make me smile, I would give my life for her. It's so easy to see that she is not one of those celebs that just think about money and fame. She has a heart too, she has feelings, and I believe so much in her. I'm 13 about to turn 14, clearly I don't have what to say too much about life but I say that she saved mine and I would do whatever for her, she keeps me alive. This is a beautiful video displaying Beyonce's perspective on human life. If a person watched this and thought she wanted you to feel sorry for her, then you definitely missed the point! If you would carefully listen and stop judging, then you would appreciate the beautiful message in this video. I personally loved when she mentioned the death of her tour photographer/ friend, Yosra. That woman passed from Cancer and had more life in her than people suffering from less. The message of this video is to not take the simple things in life for granted and to appreciate everything you encounter, good or bad!

I respect this woman so much, she has changed my perspective on life, love, music, and more. She will never lose my love and respect for her as a human.
When Prince passed, I read an article about a woman who was a super fan of his. Everyone knew she loved Prince. She stated how everyone, including people she went to high school with, reached out to her to make sure she was okay. I told my mother (also a Prince fan) this story. She told me “that’s going to be you when Beyoncé passes.” And this video shows that. Her legacy is cemented. I’ve loved her my entire life.
It's October 2017. This documentary has part that it feels like I am hearing my own thoughts being narrated back to me. I've watched it and closed my iPad and simply just listened and it made me extremely emotional. When she said, it's start by you looking in the mirror and say; I like that person. I tried to do it, I couldn't say the words. I just couldn't and that's when I realized that all my life, I've been trying to please everyone, saying what everyone around me wants me to say... this is incredibly touching.

You jumped to that conclusion because, I assume, you’re a stan for another celebrity. What I was trying to say, before you turned it into some stan-obsessed bullshit, is that I hope other celebrities notice somebody as high-profile as Beyoncé and somebody that is so respected as an artist in her industry doing something that elicits a chance to garner so much criticism for their words but still going through with sharing their ideas. These notions have been formed over countless years and influenced by countless different experiences and I think it is beneficial for influential people like Beyoncé, Ellen DeGeneres, Obama, Oprah, etc., to share these ideas to encourage other people to think about them and form their own opinions, and then share those. Evidently, this proves to be more effective than “lower-level” celebrities, who are not as respected, sharing their views on different issues. For example: Justin Beiber sharing his view on low level primary education in developing countries vs. Beyoncé doing so. The latter would obviously create a lot more discussion on the issue. Beyoncé and this video is merely one example of pushing this fourth wall society has on these societal issues. Beyoncé has also done this recently with her VMA performance where she took a stance and claimed her feminist status, which led to people such as Taylor Swift, Lady GaGa, Annie Lenox, Hayley Willams and countless other women, to share their views on feminism, and letting the world know what the word means through their eyes. Whether you have feminist ideals or not, because of people like Beyoncé and Emma Watson, this social movement has been re-introduced to mainstream media + society and people are talking about it… what’s good about it and what can be bad about it. Sorry for the long response and I doubt you even read it fully but try to be more open minded, not EVERYTHING in life is stan-related. My comment was pertaining to real life issues. Besides, if you do stan for another mainstream artist, I’m sure they are not as talented and influential as Beyoncé, but that’s not important on this video.

Not once did I even hint at the idea that what Beyonce did was original...in ANY sense of the word. I never once said "I wish other celebrities looked at how original Beyonce is and how she is sharing her ideas,I hope they follow Beyonce and do this thing, that she did first!!!". I was merely saying that I hope others notice a high-profile and respected woman sharing her ideas with the world with no evident fear of retaliation and backlash.
Again, I never fucking said she was the first celebrity to talk about feminism. You continue to TELL me and everybody else on this stream that we're saying "Beyonce is the first to do this"...when nobody has done that...not even once...or hinted at the idea that she did...not even once.....or said beyonce is original...not even once. How can you be that silly to even type that sentence, as if any logical human would believe Beyonce is the first to talk about anything.
I never said they were world deep issues, she discusses issues SHE faces as a woman in this world, which I commended her for it. She talked about the limitations of her celebrity, how she feels about marriage and her thoughts on motherhood and how that may change one's perspective on life. I am commending her for talking about the issues she faces. If she came out and said "Oh I've experienced poverty for the longest time"...that would not fucking matter because it isn't real to her. And for your comment about pertaining to her definition of feminism: if you knew anything about the term and what it represents, you would know that it has a different meaning to every women. Some women are effected differently than others and experience different oppressions than others.
Don't accuse anybody else of being confused. You've commented on this post attempting to spoon-feed me words and ideas I've never even posted. The fact that you said "she doesn't even know the word feminist mean, thats why she keeps changing it" shows how confused and close-minded you are. You send blind and empty comments that have no ground. Feminism means so much more than a definition in ***Flawless, being able to be sexual, breaking gender barriers etc. Everybody has a different interpretation of the concept. Including Beyonce.
I would honestly appreciate it if you quoted the words I've written and provide the paragraph/sentence where I claim that Beyonce is original or discusses "worldly issues" that do not pertain to her life. Only so I can review it and not lose complete faith in a stranger that wants to hate so blindly.

A lot of people have misjudged Beyonce for this particular album. They misjudged this as negative or as something that proves that she has changed. Beyonce has not changed, she is just showing another side of herself that nobody has ever seen before. She sometimes wishes she was anonymous, yet she is brave enough to expose more of herself to the world. That in itself is true bravery, something that proves that she is extraordinary.

There's so many people out there that hate Beyonce and everything she does and I will never understand them. But that's okay. I dont have to. All I have to understand is the fact that Beyonce is a REAL human being with REAL fears, anxieties and doubts. With REAL desires, loves, and joys. She is willing to share that with the world through music and art. That is enough for me to understand that I have great respect for her and who she is as a woman, musician, and person.
