In theory perhaps, but this is Blizzard we're talking about here so I doubt half of the maps will be working, hell many maps that were developed in WEU are no longer working in patch 1.30+ and some maps I play that were made in JNGP are not working either so we can only hope map makers would come back and update their maps for Reforged which essentially means they'd have to rewrite their triggers in WEX I suppose.
