Cool tutorial! And to the point. Those proportions are thoroughly discussed. except that length the arms shouldn't be too long so that it gets way lower than the crotch. Perhaps a bit lower but in average the wrist should be about just as same level with the crotch or a bit higher. Aside from that this is an excellent guide as I myself am struggling with human anatomy and proportions and I'm glad that I found this video.
