I would say that Sourman (Ou Suppaman) would be a mix of Mermaidman and Tao PaiPai. Like a parody of a famous superhero with a round appearance and not very powerful but being a guy who is capable of massively hurting anyone who makes fun of him.(Since in Dr.Slump when someone makes fun of him he immediately throws a bomb in the area and shoots the people who made fun of him with his pistol.)
