Hi! Welcome in Liguria! Do you know there is a little bit of Japan in Genoa? The Edoardo Chiossone Museum has a collection of Japanese art. Edoardo Chiossone was an Italian engraver and professor of drawing : Born near Genoa in 1833, he spent most of his life in Japan where he arrived in 1875.He worked for the japanese government engraving stamp plates , government bonds, banknotes and monopoly bubbles. He died in Tokyo in 1898. You can find the beautiful Chiossone museum in the centre of Genoa in a little park.

昨日偶然にこちらを見つけました。 毎回美味しそうなものがてんこ盛りで、よだれが。。。シンプルで新鮮がいいですね。カラスミパスタ食べたいです！

アメリカでもやはりお箸ですか、なんだか嬉しく拝見しました。簡単なものしか作れずお恥ずかしいですが、食材が素晴らしいとそれだけで大丈夫なのでなんとか😅簡単なものだとしても、やっぱりお家のご飯はいいですよね。。。
