Hey Alan! Congrats on the new planter. You will love it. Sprayer dealers are located in Wisconsin and Indiana so far. Growing slowly down in the states. Focusing on parts and service before signing up all the dealers down there.
What is the pressure differential tip to tip on it? That's one of the reasons we like our RG is due to the 1 psi difference from tip to tip. Will the boom keep up running that low at 18-22 mph? Can you get VSN from Raven on it? Neat looking machine, interesting that everyone is finally catching up with the C series Rogators. Highly recommend having a manual override for the battery disconnect though. Any ISO or electrical issues that require a disconnect will be an absolute pain in the ass if you have to wait 15 minutes.
Hey! missed this comment a couple months ago. I guess I don't check on here enough haha. 1. Should not be any pressure drop across the boom. Have not tested myself but the plumbing is great. Pressure is supplied from the center and also from the tips on the return line. When the nozzles are not spraying pressure still comes from the center but the return line reverses and dumps back into the tank . 2. Ya the boom stays low. I will put up a new video here soon that focuses on the boom control. 3. Yes. I had VSN on my first prototype. Never got to try it though. No row crop in my area. 4. Agreed. We have an auotmatic battery shutoff in the cab beside the ignition that would over ride the 15 minute kill switch timer. Great questions. You know your sprayers. You picked out some fine points from that video.
I’ve been trying to line up a demo or get a trade price on one of these since they released them to North America 2 years ago. The main transom roll system is keeping the boom level as the chassis pitches. What if you’re on a side hill for a 1/4 mile and want the boom in-line with the machine. Does it just roll to level and make up the slack with the boom cylinders or is there switch or is it able to figure it out? I’d love to see it spray at that 10” height in challenging terrain
Hey Stirv! Where is your farm at? I will get some pricing set up if we have a dealer in your area. I will only sell them into areas where we have fantastic dealer support.
@@mikewasylyniuk244 I’m in buffalo center Iowa. You’re probably in Canada? I’ve called the local dealers, they don’t know what a sprayer is. I’ve called the factory in North Dakota and only left messages. I bought an agrifac when they came to the US. No dealers and no people doesn’t work but I think they’re doing better in Canada.
@@mikewasylyniuk244 thanks for the info. That’s a fantastic video you made. Are they taking off well in Canada? Think they’ll gain some market share and have some resale value?
@@stirv6462 Working great in Canada. Had the first prototype VL here in fall 2020. The machine in this video is a pre series 2021 model. We have lots of 2022 production models on the ground working here now.
Let us know when you get dealer in Iowa , we just got a new Horsch planter. Swartzrock @ Charles City.

@@mikewasylyniuk244 Thanks for the answers, I'm a die hard RoGator guy, but this sprayer looks to have it all compared to what's out there

@@stirv6462 The first Horsch sprayer is arriving in America this spring. None there yet. Launched it in Canada first.

Awesome.
