- Clean and condition the air conditioning of the car with MOTIP Airco Cleaner. The foam ensures that the air conditioning of the car is clean again. It provides a subtle scent as well as lasting prevention of odours.

Usage instructions:
BEFORE USE, CAREFULLY READ THE DIRECTIONS ON THE PACKAGING AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.
1. The aerosol should have room temperature.
2. Best processing temperature 10 to 25°C.
3. Before use, shake the aerosol.
4. Before treatment, switch off the engine and the electrical installations.
5. Apply the foam to the evaporator of the air conditioning by means of the enclosed adapter. Insert the adapter about 30 centimetres into the air inlet of the air conditioning and completely empty the can.
6. The location of the air inlet differs per brand, consult your dealer.
7. After applying, do not switch on the engine or the electrical installations for at least half an hour. In this half hour the foam will break and leave the system through the condensed water outlet as a fluid.

for whoever got confused at the part "turn the A/C off then start the engine". I think they mean to put the contact, turn it once so you have all the lights on, MAKE SURE A/C IS OFF, start engine"
Otherwise it makes no sense to do all of this with the AC on while the engine is off...
The instructions on the can are as confusing. I think they have no ideea how to do it, to many departments there 😅

Do we spray anything in the vents ? some other tutorials claim vents needs to be filled too (with their products) but i bought motip so i am wondering ...
I would not spray anything to the vents, it's to risky below vents you have radio and all electric wiring, ECU etc. This foam transferring to water. I heard so many people did serious damage to own vehicles by sparing this type of cleaners directly to the vents.
Your doing this while the vehicle is off and after the 30 minute wait time you start and set the the ac to max without the new filter in place and run for 10 minutes right?

Citröen C4 aracın klimasında küf kokusu vardı. Bu ürünün içinden çıkan hortum düzleşmediği için arabanı klima hava girişine boşaltamadım, yarısı dışarıya aktı. Birkaç hafta parfüm kokusu küf kokusunu bastırdı. Sonra işin mantığını anladım, klima hava girişine araba yıkamalardaki köpük tabancasıyla birkaç dakika aralıklarla köpük sıktım, arabanın altından aktı, yarım saat bekleyip iki şişe su boşalttım aynı yere, yarım saat daha bekleyip, polen filtresi haznesinde kalan suyu bezle emdirdim. Cillop gibi oldu, koku gitti. Klima giderinin tıkalı olmadığına emin olduktan sonra bu işlemi yaptım.
Bende de aynı sorun var, ne yaptımsa çözemedim. c4 2012 modelde klima hava girişi tam olarak nerde?

Polen filtresini çıkarıp, oraya bu köpükten ya da dediğim yöntemle temizleyebilirsiniz, sıcak havada arabayı çalıştırmadan yarım saat kurumasını bekleyin, sonra filtreyi takın. Ayrıca daha sonra koku tekrarlamaması için arabayı stop ettikten sonra anahtarı çıkarınca klimanın Reset tuşuna basarsanız, bir süre daha fanı çalıştırıyor ve klimanın kokuya sebep olan nemini uzaklaştırıyor.
Do you have to unplug the battery or just turn off any electrical components of the car?
When you use the product make sure the engine is turned off and follow the step accordingly.
My cabin filter is inside the passenger footwell can i also spray there?
The location of the air intake varies per car brand. Please ask you dealer if this location in your car is correct.
So as mine, I have sprayed the full can as deep as possible. After the foam dissolves, the liquied both came from the drain pipe under the car and also inside the cabin
should I spray it off in both air filters sections or it doesn't matter ?
Hi, where you remove the cabin air filters you can spray the product. The location varies from brand to brand. Consult your dealer.
@@MOTIP_eu It is a bmw E61 525d and it has air filters on both sides which most probably end in one pipe that's the reason I'm asking.Nevertheless thank you for your quick response.

No, compressor won't run without engine power, unless it's an electric only compressor, but even then its unlikely because an electric compressor would want the battery being charged by the alternator before it would run happily.
In terms of heat via AC, as long as the engine is warm, you will still get residual engine heat into the cabin until it cools down.
Of course NO, just make sure the AC is OFF when you start the engine. The radiator has to dry with the help of a HEATER, not with the help of AC. This is how you should dry the evaporator off MOTIP product.
To anyone still confused, when you turn your key to third position right before you crank the starter, the A/C light will be ON, meaning the second car starts the compressor will start running. So basically put in your key, turn it to third click, as the A/C light comes on, turn it off, then start the car.

2.Klima filtresini sök.
3.Filtre haznesine köpüğü sık.
4.Aracın içinde tüm hava kanallarına tek tek köpüğü sık (ayak üflemeleri dahil).
5.Bu işlemleri yaptıktan sonra kapıları kapat ve 30 dakika dışarıda bekle.
6.Sonra kontağı aç, tüm kapıları aç, klimayı iç sirkülasyona ayarla
7.Maksimum sıcaklıkta ve ve hızda 10-15 dakika çalıştır.
8.Klimanın filtre haznesini elle kontrol et, kuruduysa klima filtresini geri yerleştir.
