Not sure about in a battle or in the field, I generally recommend bringing ships back to your base when doing the adjustments. I think they work out in the field. But I haven't tested this tbh.
I think the Cruiser vs Destroyer discussion needs to consider your environment too. If the only pirate bases for you to farm nearby are in asteroid fields, then cruisers are useless because they can't participate in the fight. Environment considerations are big.
Err, imo I wouldn't move near to a environment anyway? You can't get large utility ships in them, so at the end of the day you'll also hinder your mining possibilities.
What do you think about Callisto strategy upgrade? Do you know how it works? To recap - for 21 points (instead of 11 for usual upgrades) you get: When the target is a cruiser, it increases Damage by 60% and Attack Duration by 30%. I am a bit confused if this is worth it, main questions being: - Does this work on bigger ships - is a battlecruiser treated as a cruiser as well? - What is Attack Duration? Is it just a misspell of Attack Interval, which would mean it increases time between shots by 30%?
-Battlecruisers are not cruisers so doesn't work on them. -Attack duration I've asked the devs about and awaiting a reply. What I believe it is the duration a ship will target another ship. So with that in mind and from what I've experienced using them they almost always finish off a cruisers that its attacking as opposed to getting it to low HP then retargeting.
Attack duration i believe that the attack would go faster if their target is a specific ship like it said cruiser idk if im correct about that and callisto upgrade is ammo stealth and crit dmg but that heavy ammo enhancement is also good but its up to you that is just my opinion battlecruiser is not a cruiser
its not too bad later on I can solo a level 1 outpost with the main fleet now so can make room to level up ships in that fleet. then hit that every few hours after repairs. Just don't kill the outpost and let it reinforce itself after 2 hours
Does RTB upgrade affects the Guardians healing? Or how enhancement points affect the support healers like Guardian? i got a Guardian and im maxing out the UAV Support Sytem so that i can heal fast, am i right?

Is the advice on cool down for energy weapons for fighters accurate? The trouble here is that aircraft make battle passes, and with certain weapons don’t have the time to fire multiple times in 1 pass. Reducing the cool down here might do nothing as reload happens when setting up for the next pass. Just a thought
Depends on how fast the fire rate is. If it can get down it could be the difference between 1 shot on a pass or two shots on a pass effectively doubling the damage in this instance.

What does the strategy on the fighters do? The one that says it focuses it's attacks on fighter and interceptors? Does it mean it'll attack aircraft and corvettes generally first?
Testing currently that one so I'll have to get back to you. At the moment though corvettes like other ships don't attacks fighters with their AA weapons unless being attacked by aircraft.

Haha yeah it's better in most cases to work on what they're best at then turn everything into a sort of all rounder. Especially with how the mechanic of the targeting works.
for TP? should be at the top of the screen in the ship blueprint (looks like 2 arrows making a circle) if you have the restoration items needed. got 2 free with the patch that last 14 days and you can buy one with Proxima once per server.
Depends on ships a bit. Some have base high accuracy weapons and some don't so it's difficult to say for certain. I will eventually test all the ships out and work out the optimal upgrade path for each. But that will be a long way off.

Generally revolves around the same as the carrier system. Going for the RTB etc on the uav system and lock ons. If you noticed a lot of carriers in pvp get its strategy upgrade too.
@@ivorymantis1026 p2w is very fair. Actually to the point we're I'd call it pay for advantage, and even then the advantage is small. You can sort of play solo, you'll be hitting outposts etc and maybe other solo players, but I don't see why you would just join an alliance and do the same thing. On and off works for the game quite well, first week can be intensive on keeping up with base upgrades etc. But afterwards you got long build times and queues, to the point you maybe only need to log in once a day to sort a queue out.
@@Damphyre Its basically full f2p, if you invest your first 1,000 proxima coins into the dawn financial plan you will be pretty much set for boxes forever.
I've had a lot of the destroyer tech points from the black market boxes. Also winged hussar was the first ship I unlocked so I've been using it and buffing only it for the last month or so.
Is there a difference in power/level between those mods being colored white vs yellow? Do you get xp for taking out player bases? This kind of game lends itself to bases abandoned by ppl who quit early.
As in blueprints? You need to get blueprints from boxes. You can buy ships by trading with a trading post near a city, but that's generally not the best idea.
Alpha damage is the average damage of your weapon and dpm is how much damage you could do in a minute. Some ships do a lot of damage in 1 shot but fire slow so they have higher alpha and lower dpm.

Yeah crit seems to effect the system still. I've not noticed hitting the overall ship hp yet anyway.

picked up XenoStinger, Light Cone, Sc002 went through 7 Rd boxes other day. 29 ships now don't think any on my server has as much as me.

Save them for after level 30 if you don't plan on doing much pvp
Keep farming pirates and lvl with chips (100% legit) but yeah alt farm certainly work (issue being rebuilding the fleet each time tho...).

Yeah in this instance it acts like cooldown. So it's still pretty useful.

Depends what it states for example the Io has one that reduces all its other weapons capability to massively boost its main lasers.

If its worded in a way it will. For example I believe the winged hussar strategy on its missile system makes all weapon cooldowns lower.

Alpha damage is the average damage of your weapon and dpm is how much damage you could do in a minute. Some ships do a lot of damage in 1 shot but fire slow so they have higher alpha and lower dpm.
