I follow some japanese US car enthusiasts on twitter. So yes, there are people in Tokyo trying to park '94 suburbans and old silverados in those little parking spots and turn on compact roads.
There is. But it is extremely limited and only for people with a shit-ton of money. In Japan you pay taxes for the Litres in your engine. That's why japan got those 660cc turbo and city cars. A muscle car with a 4.5l + is too expensive for most enthusiasts. But they are very enthusiastic about American cars indeed. Take a look ath the 70s japanese cars. Especially the celica. Looks like a pony car. Donut media made a video about that.. I believe xD So. Yeah. Hopefully you like this answer like...1 year later xD
Actually yes,I saw someone that the enthusiasts over there have the culture set for us cars, from pimped out out challengers to hip lowriders chikanos,it's nice to see
skylinedude951 in 2 1/2 years ive put 25k+ miles on mine and occasionally deliver mail out of it. Delivering mail is hell on the clutch, brakes and cooling system cause its like stop and go traffic for 6 hours and the only issues ive had is the cold start valve got stuck open causing a high idle (free fix) and my speedo cable broke which was like $80
I have a special tune configured for my r33 that uses less gas /less boost than my agressive tune. not a lot of people do this because its basically trimming fuel close to knock. its fine as long as the rpm is limted low. i get 600-650km on a full tank. to put in perspective i use to get 350 max on stock ecu with bolt ons but im sure i wouldve been at 450-500 on stock everything. its def not fun but its easy to switch set up as long as you do it right. i bet i go from 220whp to 390whp (last max dyno is 420whp). i dont push my car. my engine has 234k on the clock series 1 btw...
I used one exactly like this as my daily driver for 3 years before I purchased something that wasn't as mean on the gas consumption. Really reliable and fun as a daily tbh... Personally however, using this baby as a daily took most of the fun away from the entire experience and to me that's the major downside (Unless of course this isn't the 'funnest' car you own). Now that I use it when I feel to and not because I have to, I'm back to full jizz behind the wheel. Anyhow it's really up to the individual after all.. Good work bro, keep it up and keep her clean.
The skyline R32 is my favorite car and I was looking for a GTS-T simply because its way cheaper than a GTR. I understand that most mechanics in the US don't know these cars and I'd have to take it to a shop to fix it and it's not cheap. How can I learn to replace and fix parts on that car myself? what are good things I should look for like articles or videos? Please I'm dying to save up and get that car but I need to know things about it first.
Hey and greetings from Germany! At first, nice Videos, always fun to watch :) I use my R33 GTST as daily driver and till now it works fine, no problems so far. I think the only thing you shouldnt do, is drive only on short haul.
i live in egypt and we dont get any of these cars here there are allot of taxes on imported cars but im starting a business with my brothers and this car is my goal one day for now i stick to my mazda 3 :D
Kind of a dumb question. Do these have car seat anchors in the back behind the headrests for infant/toddler car seats? Also how well would child car seats fit in the back?
I would say it’s up to debate whatever the climate in your part of country in Minnesota where its cold 🥶 for most of December going into the early spring season it in Minnesota the trip to afton alps for skiing provision for 2 on rack above the top you would be target a 12 year old paparazzis they are good cars if you go through the drive backwards through drive thru Culver’s’dq etc
If you have a cheap honda civic as your main car and have an r32 as an every other day car you will probably be fine. If the r32 has anything broken, fine put it away and drive the civic until you can replace it
Depends on what engine you have, and the size rims. With the RB20DET(manual) you may have trouble taking off from a stop if you're inexperienced due to the lack of torque. Non-turbo might be worse lol. With 15" wheels, watch out entering and leaving corners in the rain, with just a tiny bit of speed it WILL get sideways. Also, the stock fuel tanks tend to have rust with age, and copper spark plugs tend to work better. Once you make sure to maintain it, I'd say yeah.
Chris the thing about octane levels is that they they are different in different countries. Like our 93 octane is equivalent to 98 in Europe. It’s just bc they are measured differently
Not being able to go through drive-thrus is a good thing. Stops people getting fat
you could go thru normal and just reach over awkwardly.
@@soup-bruhh or just get out of the car
i go thru backwards
Smart
Live in a country where most cars a right hand drive.
I wonder if there is a US car fan base in Japan who takes there us muscle car through drive thrus
probably haha

How much you spend in fuel per month?
I like your style
@@jasonroth376 still going strong with it?
Solution: go through the drive-thru driving backwards.
sounds dangerous lol
Just unbuckle your belt and reach over. I did it all the time in my R32. Isn't that bad.

That's what I do they dont really care
ig ill get one when im done w/ school. Thanks for the info

My 32 Sedan was the bees knees to daily. Light, nimble, practical lol
In Sweden i pay like 70 to 80 dollars to fill up 3 quarters of shell 98 V-power on my Audi S3. it has a 60 litre tank. You guys have it good.
Same here in Italy, but for the 95 octane bullshit
It's $16 a fill up for me in my Camry 😂 as for my Lincoln you're talking a good 40-50+
Na thats not skyline problems thats america problems 😂
Yup 💀
him talking about 17 miles per gallon: 😫 me getting 9.5 in my truck with a 31 gallon tank :👁👄👁

I'd say Chrisfix, or some RUclips tutorials and stuff like that, but they wouldn't be specific to the S-T, so....
its called US problems im in NZ and i have a R33
Jayden S Gray is it pretty good as a daily in nz though? i live in auckland
Im picking up an R33 GTS25 next week, 4-door automatic transmission, for a daily driver, thanks for the insight!

Can you describe a "short haul" for me

When you say parts are hard to get are engine part incredibaly hard? Like radiator water pump ect. Or just glass and small things like that
Engine parts you can easily get from Japan, oem or aftermarket depends what your going for. But small interior parts can be hard to get

Explaining why it's a good daily driver sounds like an infomercial hahaha #nocupholders
I might get an R33 or wait for the R34s to become legal when my current car is paid off.
