@@drariflatif2550 higher Qualification route is for those who have completed MRCPI . You cam ask them if they can accept your postgraduate qualification for general registration instead of House Job. If they accept your Postgraduate qualification then you can verify that with Efcmg through EpIC account

Future is bright dont worry. Its a temporary cap on induction and seems it will not be too long but still there will be recruitment for sure

Assalamoalikum your House Job does not fulfill the criteria with IMC registration. Please contact IMC they will responds you in few days time
