She also does not like when someone files a false restraining order against someone, and does not like when a parent (especially females) tries to restrict the other parent from seeing their children.
And those (mothers and fathers) that don’t pay child support.

2:18 The plaintiff's witness enjoying the circus.
the guy his car is a total loss and he receives only 250 ??? That is ridiculous
its too much. that dop3y caused the crash
@@kaiserschnitselsryou must be related to Chris and/or the defendant or are the goofy I D I O T who never has insurance 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I agree. As the owner of an older paid off car in great condition, if someone hits me, their fault I am skrood. My truck is a 93, runs like a dream, clean, paid off, the city values it at just over $500 For registration purposes. I would have to put myself in debt for years for a new car if I had it wrecked
@@radolfkalis4041Lol that’s not how it works. You pay $1000 for a vehicle and restore it to something totally different you would have receipts for it and you can get it appraised or have it estimated. Since your only car value is $500 you would only get what you paid and if you put any money to it bring it to court and they will consider it as long as an accident was totally not your fault.
JJ said "don't mention classic to me" In all the years I've been watching her, I have NEVER EVER seen her award a decent amount for a classic car. She has the same opinion of them, as she has with Pit Bulls. She won't tolerate either.
Damn- $250 .. that doesn’t get you much. Maybe an old scooter 😂
If he bought a used car for $1000 and kept driving it for several years, the car was worth that much at the time of the accident.
GO BYRD!
“Can I say something?”
No 🗣️ 😂😂
JJ has been snappy these last few episodes and I’m here for it 😂 can’t stop giggling 🤭
The moment I saw him pointing to his vehicle, I knew he had lost😂😂!
Me as well. I thought, stop sign? YOUR fault.
No insurance, no driving. This guy is really something.
The lack of accountability is frightening
A video on Sunday?!. OH JOY!!😂
'I'm saying, judgment for the plaintiff....' 😆
I laughed when I heard the guy works for a law firm and said he can’t say which one. Probably it was because the law firm didn’t want their name associated with this dumb case. They knew he was in the wrong driving without insurance.
How hard is it for someone to grasp the simple fact that you don't drive a car without insurance, period 🙄
$250 judgement is crazy. Why was that the ruling?
"That is irrelevant". LOL. They don't care about the law at all, even when facing a judge.
Ever notice how everyone who causes accidents magically doesn’t have insurance
Does seem to be a theme.
Byrd, "You see that door? That's the one".
I guess once you've seen enough drama, you get desensitized😂
Byrd really is always such a kind gentleman.
He has a lot of class, that man. He mentors kids on the side. A really good guy. The posts where the dopey people keep saying Judge Judy threw him under the bus, just shows how little some people understand. It takes more than 15 minutes to produce a show. This is the one she had planned all along. Byrd is smooth and a real class act.
That dude works in a law office but kept saying "The insurance has nothing to do with this." My guy is ILLEGAL to drive without insurance. If your car has no insurance, you shouldn't be driving it. Period. So stubborn
"you see that door....that the one"🤣😂
As she said many many times, you have to come to court with clean hands. He was actively breaking the law while driving without proper insurance before any accident occurred.
How on earth can you work in a Law Office and not understand you are at fault?
If insurance was irrelevant then nobody would have it.
Thanks for the Sunday upload!
“Chris. Chris. Chris. CHris. CHRis. I don’t, CHRIS”
I almost choked on my soda.
Moral: Don't drive without insurance LMAO..
Never tell JJ that you don't have insurance or are on welfare and don't work or it's an insta-loss
@joelb1299-and never tell her you’re on disability either! And whatever you do, don’t tell her you used your welfare money to buy presents or go on vacation!
Moreover than that
It ain't so much admitting is the problem
It's if to dance round with glib or equivocal answers about any of her inquiry if you confess right when she puts the question to ya I've seen people who are honest about their need for welfare and stuff get what they wanted in court if you got something that you know you're not as proud of yourself this time cuz you had to take help or whatever from the government own up to it right away and then she's going to be merciful it's going to be because of a she knows you're telling the truth and be that when you answer and you're telling the truth she knows you ain't trying to patski around and give her a bunch of hoodwink and kind of answer
@@WeAreNotAmused she really frowns upon ppl who loan money to others using their welfare money. Nor does she approve of fathers waiting for a court date before sending support money.
Since it is illegal to drive without a insurance in most states, that's all she wrote.
You are spot on. Lying to a judge is definitely a NO NO.@@WeAreNotAmused
Thank you for the professional, clear recorded screen contribution of care to your viewers. Hopefully the others who do not follow your care for the viewers will take heed to your hard work.
I Googled the name of the defendant's witness (2:38) and... yikes. Not exactly someone I'd want vouching for me in a court of law.
Yikes! You’re not kidding.
When they say No insurance you know they gona lose 😂
lmfao when will people learn to NOT argue with Judge Judy??? that it will not end well for them
I'm loving these token Sunday uploads.. helps with my usual Sunday judge Judy withdrawals! 😅
that was too funny 🤣🤣🤣
The defendent: I know what stop 🛑 signs are for.
Well apparently you didn't that day😂
Chris was on a roll 😂😂😂🤦🏽♀️
All that embarrassment for $250…LOL nice 😂
$250? gee that's all? oh well, better than nothing I suppose. Guy had right of way....end of story. I can't believe the defendant pushed so hard when he was wrong on both issues....no insurance and HE had the stop sign.
He shouldn't have driven without insurance and he shouldn't have gone through a stop sign. Period. NEVER drive without insurance. Someone who runs a law office should know that.
Plaintiff had insurance, defendant didn't. Defendant had a stop sign, plaintiff didn't. Nice knowing you, defendant.
What kind of work do you do Mr. Stoffel..... I eat for a living.🤣😂
Episode on a Sunday? We’re spoiled 😻
"I'm saying: judgement for the plaintiff." 😂
Talk over JJ and argue with JJ = you see the door.
Man it's like every jew that I've met in my whole entire life has won an argument .
The ridiculous Troy Stoffel trying to tell JJ that his having no car insurance had nothing to do with it sure got shut down quickly! LOL And HE worked in a law office?? LMAOO What a fool!
No matter what the plaintiff had the right of way and you had no insurance, doubly wrong.
It's not irrelevant. If you do not understand that you CANNOT drive without insurance, you shouldn't be driving. Make better choices.
Defendant: I won’t be in for a few days. I need to go on Judge Judy.
Employer: for what?
Defendant: a car accident while I was driving without insurance.
Employer: …..DO NOT MENTION OUR NAME!!!!!
Defendant has been spending too much time around lawyers 😂 thinks he can talk over Judge Judy. As if !!
Bad lawyers. No really good lawyer would have him on the payroll. I worked for lots of attorneys and this guy is no credit to anyone. Just and arrogant idiot who actually thinks he can argue with the JUDGE! No courtroom would allow that, but JJ knows just what to do.
The point is: If you get into an accident while you are uninsured, you should not be on the road to begin with, you ARE the problem and AT FAULT.
You should not have even been on the road to begin with
One of my NEW ALL TIME FAVORITE “Put him outs” 😂😂
HAPPY SUNDAY JJ CREW❤
