Yes, I own a 2021 SE and I will roll around in sport mode and it will move very quickly especially when you’re on the highway I’ve gotten my car up to 120 mph on the highway from a dead stop that car will throw you back in the seat I love it
Thank you for reviewing a base model. Not all of us need or want expensive options we will rarely use in practice. I am a big fan of the 65 aspect ratio tires. Lower replacement cost, good ride quality. People rarely think of tire life, replacement cost or ride quality when they want huge rims and short profile tires.
I should’ve gotten this because it come with everything I need and want vs my 22 Altima 2.5S the only thing that’s standard is the push button start forward emergency braking with pedestrian protection It does have a touch screen but no android auto or car play nor even satellite radio 🤦🏾♂️ although from 2018-2021 those features were standard but for 22 it’s not standard unless you get the SV and above no led drls or even break lights unless you get the SV or above although still no led tail lights
There is a button for the trunk there, it's behind the logo hidden, it doesn't look like a button but you can press it while the car is unlocked and it will open the trunk. Not a crazy feature but very cool if you ask me.
I hate to tell you when you break it’s only the two side lights that light up that light bar only comes up at night for the running lights. Also I just wanted to add a few things the trunk has a button within the Hyundai logo to open it from the outside also materials not carrying over in the back is only on the base model the SEL and above have soft touch on every door panel
@@naturalstate8539 that’s why it’s called warranty buddy not that stupid even if that button were to go out there is another button on the dash I know I own one of these cars right now it’s a 2021
Honestly the stock sound system is good its better than the 2023 honda accord sound even at 35 the sound is still crisp and not distorted. Its a decent sound system. Source I have a 2021 se sonata
Beautiful car. Excessive road noise, and generally unimpressed. Typical Hyundai quality (very good) Sorry I bought it. I hate the push button transmission controls.

Love this car! Looks so futuristic.
I think this sonata looks amazing, preety good car for college I might have to buy this when I go to college
It’s a great way to go you really get a lot for the money!
Nice review. I could tell you focussed the review on what people who actually buy the car will want to know.

I know this comment is old, but i was going to buy this car until I saw you can just hit a button to get inside with no key. Stupid

Thanks for an awesome review.
perfect review, thank you sir!
Great video!! Thanks!
During a night drive, is the button illumination blue like Hyundais have been?
is the GDI engine reliable? I'm thinking of getting a used Elantra/Sonata.
does this have ambient lighting?
Not the SE. source I have one
Good car
You didnt tell me how the stereo sounds but you can tell how nice the door handles are??

Was the net in the trunk ?
I never received a net in my trunk I got ripped off. I was pissed when I seen that.😂
Some chrome trim is badly needed on today's bland dull looking cars. It beats having chunks of cheap black plastic slathered all over place.

1 year later how is it treating you? Need a new car and this is one of my options.
