@LOVE YOURSELF I just found that out a couple weeks ago that there was a green screen there, but in my head he made it seem like he meant all the other M/V were green screen, well Besides Idol because that has a lot but other than that he just made it seem he meant all the videos and saying that we don’t do that here in America.
Yeah. Naturally they don’t use green screen. Most Korean idols don’t. But because of the weather, they had to use it. Especially since the song was supposed to be with happy colors and most of the colors that are present in the video aren’t colors they would have been able to get without green-screens.

The members are (stage names): RM (leader, rapper, producer) Suga (rapper, producer) J-hope (dancer, rapper) Jin (vocalist) V (vocalist, dancer) Jimin (vocalist, dancer) Jungkook (vocalist, dancer). They have 129 songs which include genres such as pop, edm, rap, rnb, hip hop BUT by now it’s just the BTS genre. When they first started off their company was very small and almost went bankrupt. They weren’t part of the Big 3 (the companies that have all the power in the industry) like Blackpink (I’m also a Blink but it’s a fact that they had an easier debut bc they are a Big 3 group). They didn’t get the same amount of screen time or performance opportunity and had to use youtube to share content with their fans. It's crazy how usually their poppiest songs are the ones to super blow up though... but that makes sense.. BTS has a very passionate and diverse fanbase called ARMY with people of all ages, races, nationalities, and genders. Most BTS fans are over the age of 25 and I know of people even in their 50's and 60's who love BTS. So thank you for not assuming all their fans are just pre-teen and teenage girls. BTS also has a huge discography of over 200 songs with genres like hiphop, rnb, pop, edm, latin, ballads, and neo-soul. 3 of the members have even released their own solo mixtapes. Each member also has solo songs on BTS albums that they actually perform when they tour. Dynamite was made to bring comfort, hope, and joy to people all over the world because of the pandemic. Usually BTS members do participate in the songwriting/production of their songs but Dynamite was an exception. Not all BTS song are that upbeat, poppy, and colorful like Dynamite. But their most viewed music videos are usually the ones like that, so you have to dig deeper to find the songs not like that (not there is anything wrong with those songs because I still love them). They discuss subject matter in their songs that not a lot of korean artists talk about such as mental health, self love, societal expectations/injustices, loss, economic inequalites, and so much more. Yea, BTS! They used green screen in this video because it was shot during COVID and extreme weather in Korea. They usually do real-live set movement and explosions. It's crazy. Check out the music video for *Fake Love* to see just how crazy their sets are. It's part of their storyline, so some of the imagery might be confusing, but everything about it is deliberate. The lyrics are also impactful.

Hiya! Just found you because of the BTS reaction. So "bluejeans jacket" guy is Jimin, and is an amazing dancer (as they all are). They really do have a lot of appreciation for Michael Jackson and have incorporated his style in many different performances. If you are interested, as part of their 2018 Prom Party (kind of like a mini-concert at a smaller venue with their fans as part of their annual birthday celebration), 2 of the members did a small performance to MJ's Black or White - it is Jimin (the one you mentioned in your reaction) and Jungkook. Jimin is in the white suit and JK in the black suit. The costumes they are wearing at the beginning of this clip are part of the skit, so just roll with it LOL. A lot of the time after a new MV is released, BTS will do a live vlog thing where they watch the final version of the MV for the first time. After Dynamite dropped, RM, the leader and the one with the blue hair in this MV, actually referred to that scene as "The Teletubbies scene" :D Also... Yeah. Naturally they don’t use green screen. Most Korean idols don’t. But because of the weather, they had to use it. Especially since the song was supposed to be with happy colors and most of the colors that are present in the video aren’t colors they would have been able to get without green-screens.

They have 129 songs which include genres such as pop, edm, rap, rnb, hip hop BUT by now it’s just the BTS genre.
When they first started off their company was very small and almost went bankrupt. They weren’t part of the Big 3 (the companies that have all the power in the industry) like Blackpink (I’m also a Blink but it’s a fact that they had an easier debut bc they are a Big 3 group). They didn’t get the same amount of screen time or performance opportunity and had to use youtube to share content with their fans. That’s a big reason why their connections to the fans are so special💜

When the man said he was surprised by the guy in the video’s deep voice( his stage name is V. real name Kim Taehyung) you have NOT heard his voice properly, V is my bias meaning favorite and one of the reasons for that is because of his voice, he has a wide range voice, where it can go high, low, stable, to mans be growling. His voice is crazy. You should react to singularity a solo by V trust me that song get you in the MOODDDDD, I’d also recommend some solo’s like •airplane pt1, Agust D mv, joker, daydream, serendipity, euphoria daechwita, epiphany and chicken noodle soup.
A lot of times they usually don't really do that much pop, they usually do hip-hop, contemporary, R&B, electric, they can do all genres. It's crazy how usually their poppiest songs are the ones to super blow up though... but that makes sense.. And he became the next member to join BTS. He started as a producer for Big Hit Entertainment after he auditioned for a rap competition, called “Hit It,” hosted by Big Hit Entertainment. Suga didn’t win the competition-he placed second-but he impressed Big Hit Entertainment’s executives enough for them to offer him a place as a producer and a trainee. Suga became a member of BTS in 2010 when he was 17. Before debuting with BTS, he was part of the underground dance team Neuron and took dance classes at Gwangju Music Academy for six years, from 4th grade to his 1st year in high school, when he signed his contract with Big Hit Entertainment.
Jhope became a Big Hit Entertainment trainee after a failed audition with JYP Entertainment, another management company. He was accepted as a Big Hit Entertainment trainee and moved to Seoul to train at the end of 2010 when he was 15 years old. The reason why BTS’ three rappers, J-Hope, Suga and RM, were the first to join was because the band was originally supposed to be a hip-hop group similar to YG Entertainment’s 1TYM. When Big Hit Entertainment’s CEO decided that BTS would be better as a more traditional idol group that fans could look up, the band reorganized with the addition of four singers. Originally, he went to the a rapper but was later change to a singer because of how deep he had to go and it was affecting his voice. He was said to become a farmer if not a member of BTS. He loves kids and was very close with his late grandmother.

*Advise* :
ARMYs tend to get excited once they find your channel and start requesting to react to the epic, LIVE performance or Award shows. Do note, try not to watch the LIVE performance (such as MAMA OR MMA) too soon. In my opinion, Live performances are best watched once you have seen the mv itself or at least know the songs before you see LIVE version. That way, your journey will be a lot more fulfilling/worthwhile.
Again, that was just my opinion.

BTS (stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan in korean-bulletrpoof boy scout in english) is a 7 member (3 rappers and 4 vocalist) group from South Korea the debuted in 2013. Their names are Jin age 28 vocalist, Suga age 28 rapper, J-Hope age 27 rapper, RM age 26 rapper and group leader, Jimin age 25 vocalist, V age 25 vocalist, and Jungkook age 23 vocalist. And while obviously all members dance 4 members are apart of the dance line (J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook). RM and Suga were also underground rappers in South Korea before joining BTS as BTS was originally a hiphop group. Dynamite is BTS only fully english song with all 7 members. They normall sing/rap in korean with some english mixed in and occasionally in japanese too. BTS is currently the biggest group in the world, they were even best selling music artists in the world in 2020 beating Taylor Swift and Drake. They have had 3 number 1 songs in the US in 2020 alone and have had 5 number 1 albums in the US in less than 3 years. Dynamite was their first number 1 song in the US and broke the record for the most viewed on youtube in 24 hours with 101.1 million views. I always kind of laugh a little when people say 7 members is a lot becuase there are other kpop groups with a lot more members like NCT with 23 members. BTS has a very passionate and diverse fanbase called ARMY with people of all ages, races, nationalities, and genders. Most BTS fans are over the age of 25 and I know of people even in their 50's and 60's who love BTS. So thank you for not assuming all their fans are just pre-teen and teenage girls. BTS also has a huge discography of over 200 songs with genres like hiphop, rnb, pop, edm, latin, ballads, and neo-soul. 3 of the members have even released their own solo mixtapes. Each member also has solo songs on BTS albums that they actually perform when they tour. Dynamite was made to bring comfort, hope, and joy to people all over the world because of the pandemic. Usually BTS members do participate in the songwriting/production of their songs but Dynamite was an exception. Not all BTS song are that upbeat, poppy, and colorful like Dynamite. But their most viewed music videos are usually the ones like that, so you have to dig deeper to find the songs not like that (not there is anything wrong with those songs because I still love them). They discuss subject matter in their songs that not a lot of korean artists talk about such as mental health, self love, societal expectations/injustices, loss, economic inequalites, and so much more. BTS come from a company called Bighit Entertainment which was a small and at one time almost bankrupt company so no one, not even BTS themselves expected the worldwide success they have today. While yes you can enjoy BTS music on its own I think it's important to know about their history as a group and the members as individuals. Because BTS are some of the most caring, funny, charitable, humble, and hard working young men you will see. They even continue their college education while in BTS (I believe 5 of the members are now pursuing their master's degrees right now). Some videos I recommend are This Is BTS Introduction to BTS by xceleste, Who is BTS the 7 members of Bangtan by sugar and spice (this video is a little outdated because it's from 2018, but still a good watch to get to know the members better) also The Most Beautiful Life Goes On by the channel the Asian Theory which tells you more about how BTS came together and their journey so far. Some of these videos run about 30 minutes, but trust BTS fans will watching anything no matter how long it is, as long as you are genuine, respectful, and open minded. Yea, BTS! They used green screen in this video because it was shot during COVID and extreme weather in Korea. They usually do real-live set movement and explosions. It's crazy.

Dynamite is an homage to 70’s,80’s,90’s and yes MJ! BTS has a wide discography and have over 200+ songs in different genres to choose from. They started out as hip hop group (2 of the 7 members started as underground rappers) and their music styles expand to rap, hip hop, R&B, pop, rock, trap, edm, alternative, folk,Latin, classical and yes even country (Seoul town road remix/ RM). I gravitate most to their rap,hip hop and R&B tracks like “Mic Drop”, “Outro:Tear, “UGH!”, “Fake Love”, “Ddaeng”, “Interlude:Shadow”, “Singularity”.
V and RM from BTS literally have so deep voice and it's just amazing.
BTS is a genre all its own. Enjoy your journey. They make all bangers.

Tae is defo coming to wreck every armys bias and bias wreckers lists especially with that smile at the end, also my Jiminie i still cant get over him and that ‘finger bang’ he does he owns it, also the way he looks into the camera and stares into your soul and heart. Also ther dancing and vocals (especially the raplines as i wasnt expecting them to not rap at all) and attitude they give off is just perfect. Also for being their very first song fully in english just goes to show that they have improved alot (from what i have heard and read Korean is easier to learn than english).

Hiya! Just found you because of the BTS reaction. So "bluejeans jacket" guy is Jimin, and is an amazing dancer (as they all are). They really do have a lot of appreciation for Michael Jackson and have incorporated his style in many different performances. If you are interested, as part of their 2018 Prom Party (kind of like a mini-concert at a smaller venue with their fans as part of their annual birthday celebration), 2 of the members did a small performance to MJ's Black or White - it is Jimin (the one you mentioned in your reaction) and Jungkook. Jimin is in the white suit and JK in the black suit. The costumes they are wearing at the beginning of this clip are part of the skit, so just roll with it LOL. To appreciate their true dance abilities, I highly recommend some of the dance practice videos where you get to see them in their full glory without camera cuts and distracting lighting: Not Today, Fire, ON, Black Swan, Dionysus (there are 2, both are great, but the longer one is the best as it has an extra dance break that will blow your minds).

A lot of the time after a new MV is released, BTS will do a live vlog thing where they watch the final version of the MV for the first time. After Dynamite dropped, RM, the leader and the one with the blue hair in this MV, actually referred to that scene as "The Teletubbies scene" :D Also... I don't know if you noticed, but Suga (the one on the basketball court) was wearing Space Jam jersey.
