Speed for T 15 siege was 75. In an update it was changed to 76. The 76 also carried over to T16 siege when they came in. So just a +1 on paper, but would that make any difference? T15s would be available to k40s and 16s would be available to K45.

Mounted actual speed is 300, not 600. That is why ground reaches enemy faster than mounted
