Was a mechanic for over 47 yrs. They will never make any cars like this ever again. The scars & the memories will always be there. Its always cool to see that other people[Hot Wheels] haven't forgotten to.
I wish this whole series was released as a Car Culture set (2 sets in fact) so all cars would get full details, rubber tyres and metal bases. That would really take all these to a new level!
That 1970 Camaro would make a good premium if they linked it to the series "Supernatural". The two main characters Sam & Dean Winchester get a visit by their deceased mother Mary in the show. She drives a metallic Blue Camaro with two white/silver centre bonnet/hood stripes, with nice chrome deepdish rims. Now THAT would be one hell of a good idea for a premium model.
Saw them reviewed elsewhere and the 1961 Impala was about the only headturner for me. What DID turn my head was those display cabinets full of such beautiful little models!! The thing that I find a little saddening, is the excessive paint and daft graphics on a lot of the models, but a lack of front and rear light tampos. That green Judge is not comparable to the older one, which at least has silver headlights on the front end. That white Merc Eliminator was interesting, but WOW, the premium Merc (10:45) you showed us is an absolutely astonishing bit of kit 💗💗 I have a couple of Eliminators, mostly flame covered, but that 68 is on another level!!
This set disappears very fast, for good reason. The '72 Torino is my favorite as well, learned how to drive in one. My Mom bought it brand new, handed down to me briefly. Roman Red, 302 V8, loved that car.
I really like how they do their muscle cars, that is a fantastic set. Surprisingly enough I was able to find that set here in Pittsburgh, and haven't seen them since. Thank you for sharing them sir.
I maybe British but American Muscle cars are my love n All 10 of these are Beautiful I want them so much either the Hot Wheels ones or the actual cars I'm not fussed... Loving ya channel FULL SEND U.K.
This is a great video for me. I've just started collecting Hot Wheels, and I'm going to primarily buy premium cars (through eBay as I'm from Norway). I have no previous experience with Hot Wheels, and you showcasing the premium versions of the American Steel castings is just awesome. Muscle cars work really well as small diecast models.
That's a really good set overall. Excellent card art too. If i had to choose 3 favorites, that would be the 64 Ford Galaxie '500, the '66 Ford 427 Fairlane and the '69 Mercury Cougar (Eliminator), but '72 Ford Gran Torino Sport looks cool too. This will probably be my favorite basic set for 2020. Thanks for showing these in detail!
Holy shit Mattel almost impressed me with a series, too bad some of the rim choices are just awful compared to the cars. Perhaps next time they might get it all right. 🤷🏼♀️
this set is awesome! The best we've had in ages! Reminds me of the glory age of Hotwheels muscle :D Literally all the models are cool, my personal favourite has to be the 70 GTO, i love that casting. That GT500 looks great too
May just be me, but I would love to see a 65-69 Chevrolet Corvair casting. Not the vairy 8 from 2000 (ish). An all new corvair casting would be lovely.
All I can say to something like this is, F#*k Store Exclusives. I can never get to any of these stores let alone try and find them when I do. I don't have any of these stores anywhere near me. I think you should be able to buy them someplace else online or something. Unfair in so many ways.
Found one of these only. The yellow Fairlane. Great set of muscle. My first new car was a 1975 Firebird Formula 350 I special ordered from a small dealer in Pennsylvania. Wish I had that baby now!

For a non premium set there are some real beauties in this set. The galaxie, the Impala and Torino are incredible

Those are great cars! I wish hot wheels will come up with another vintage racing series but in car culture
I second this idea
They probably will, but at the moment too many premium sets are coming out already, so we'll have to wait for that one.
Me too. That would be awesome.
That Granturino, my GOD. What a beauty!

Found the Torino and Fairlane in a box on the top shelf at my local Walmart.

I got the entire set when they first came out and last yesterday saw 4 cases of the American Steel at my Walmart!
Holy shit Mattel almost impressed me with a series, too bad some of the rim choices are just awful compared to the cars. Perhaps next time they might get it all right. 🤷🏼♀️
They’re all good, but esp. #4, #s 6 - 9. Nice set. Thanks for the review!
this set is awesome! The best we've had in ages! Reminds me of the glory age of Hotwheels muscle :D

Nice to see Hot Wheels do a Muscle Car set.....
As someone who ADORES classic ‘murican muscle, this set is GOD-TIER for me. Found this set at my walmart a few weeks back. Great video!!
AS FOR MY OWN, IN FACT I THINK I WILL NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE TO YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU WILL NEED A WEBSITE.
Audrone Mockiene what the actual fuck are you talking about?
I love every car of this collection, woooooowww!!!
The GSX premium is actually a stock deco, they came like that, or with similar striping but yellow
I’m all ears for the Gran Torino, Shelby, Buick and yellow ‘65 Galaxie
May just be me, but I would love to see a 65-69 Chevrolet Corvair casting. Not the vairy 8 from 2000 (ish). An all new corvair casting would be lovely.
Wow. Great video. That '72 Torino RLC is gorgeous! The Camaro STH is beautiful too. Gotta find this series.
Very nice set of cars
I bought that same set about a month ago, lol 🤣 $22 for all of them.
So it worth? (My country not use dollar) sorry my english
Wow just google it just now....22 dollar equal to Rm90.70 in my country(very expensive for student like me)
Muscle cars are the best.
Yes, white GSX was 2011 Garage
This is a great collection. Have not seen it yet.
Oh Ya! Great preview, loving the muscle cars!
Yes, there were convertible Judges.
Just saw this set for the first time today. Walmart actually had the whole set.
I have all 10 of those in my hotwheels collection. 👍
So do i Ace, got my complete set about a month ago.
👍
Samuel Ace gee that’s so interesting
I was thrilled to find the entire set last weekend......
I found these last week in the West Valley City, Utah Walmart (6200 S 5600 W.) It’s a super cool set!
I just picked up that premium gsx a couple months ago. My dad had a 68 skylark gsx clone when i was little. I had to scoop it eventually
The wheels on the GT 500 are out place . They should have stuck with 5 spoke.
'70 Pontiac GTO came out in 2008 new model as a convertible. But its not a Judge.
Love the American Steel set. 🏁
i love that the basic 64 Galaxie 500 has a different interior than the premium one
Nice to see some classic muscle...almost tunered out.
FYI if you never got these, they are now at Ollie's

Hopefully i can find this whole set! Definitely one of my favorites!

This is a nice vintage muscle series, kind of disappointed that there were no Mopars though. :(
The 61 Impala is in the Cool Classics.
I've got the Blue Johnny Lightning GSX in Blue in my collection...
No mopars ?
Yep, I said that in the comments, they could have extended this set and added a Chevy Nova, and Mopar's
Or AMC , javelin
where do you get your display rack from? Lots of these here in Wal Mart, mostly hangers. Love um!
Galaxy 500 is the hardest to fine in Phoenix
hot weels sacará el Lamborghini sian ?
Great video! The cars are nice in person but im not to much into old muscle so left them all on the pegs.
The Fairlane was the first Super I ever Cracked!!! 🤘
Fairlane $TH.. also my first found $TH in the Netherlands and so on short card... keep your great vids coming....
The white '69 Cougar is pictured with a '70 grille on the blister pack art, a strange error.
Found the entire set!
Love this set, although I wish it was premium
They are kinda midway premium. Over 2 bucks correct??
@Brandon Giles So a more premium paint but a mainline chassis. Price sounds about right....😃
They are premium. Not all premium cars have metal chassis and real riders.
I like the Torino too...
Beautiful cars.
Everything is your favorite 😎
Great collection 👍👍👍
I found them all except the Mustang.
I have a 70camaro silver with opening hood came in a ten pack
Haven’t seen them at any Wal-Mart yet...
Great improvement on the music.
'69 Mercury Cougar Eliminator came out as a new model in 2009 i have it in purple.
Only Muscle Cars matter.
I'll buy the exotics for my son, because he likes those.
But my collection is 90% Muscle Cars.
Great muscle cars
Nice set but sadly no Mopars or AMCs...
Need #1 & 10. Difficult to find in Phx.
Wait, that tool of the 70 Camaro still exists? I thought once they tooled the cast grill one this went away???
Sorry on '69 cougar eliminator has 2009 vette on chassis. My bad
61 Impala, "premium" version is so far only the Cool Classics one. Waiting for more metal/metal of it.
awesome. this hot wheels are cool
It's a nice set, but don't get me wrong there weren't any mopar cars in there. ☹
Still have not seen it in stores here.
