Lived in Reno for a few years and I loved flying out the airport. Super easy and low key.
I'm one of those Californian's who moved to Reno to destroy NV over 8 years ago. And I have to say that RNO is my favorite big-ish/little city airport! It's layout is so easy, you can't screw up. You can easily arrive an hour before your flight, get through security, grab a drink, and be on the plane, no problem. Parking is easy, getting a rental car is easy, finding a cab/Uber is easy - what's not to love!?!
Love our little airport! Check your bags, get through TSA and at your gate in about 30 mins or less.
Enjoy these airport walking tours.
and they are humorous.......... the yellow production narrator is so entertaining
This video was uploaded just a month before I fly to Reno! Perfect timing, can't wait
Perfect!
Just landed in Reno for the first time a few days ago. Very nice, simple little airport. Thanks for the video!
“If you thought you were in Denver, your not yet” lmao! The announcement that interrupted you was funny 😄
Love these airport tours! Thank you!
Hah
We love our airport! Thanks for making such an informative guide. I'd love to share these with my clients.
Glad it was helpful! Share away 😀
Interesting airport
One of my favorite airports. I’ve also had some incredible wins there. When I arrived a couple weeks ago, I hit a jackpot right before I went to baggage claim.
Sweet!
Love these.
Thanks Fourtune
Looks good. It must be 20 years since I last been there.
The entire airport is being redone over the next few years. Brand new rental car center and new terminals. Ticket lobby was the first to finish.
The last time I flew out of Reno was November 2007, flying after attending a conference in Reno, then flew down on Delta to LAX, then a redeye to Orlando, then on to Miami (I was supposed to be to FLL, but the plane had mechanical problems), so I speak at a conference in Miami Beach. Flight to LAX was on Delta Connection, operated by Express Jet, which is out of business, and Delta eliminated its Orlando hub. Reno airport seemed to be the quietest major airport I have ever been in.
Great video thanks. My next trip will be going to las vegas in August
Go Wolf Pack!
Less outposts that I expected. Also, didn’t realise Reno was near the mountains . Thought it was dessert. Why so many flights to Vegas? Tourist? Any international flights to Canada, or just Mexico?
Have you filmed South Lake Tahoe area and Harrah’s hotel/casino? flying to Reno in a few weeks. Thank you
Hi Marvyn. No. I didn't make it to Harrahs on the past trip
No direct flights to anywhere back east is the only drawback about RNO😂
For sure
Incorrect info! There are direct flights to NYC.
@@acase4490 yea, if I remember correctly it was a 1 (one) red eye by JetBlue to JFK. I need to get to ABE without taking three days😂
The only issue I had with this is the rental return is on the other side of the airport and Southwest is on the other.
Be prepared to walk if you fly with them at this airport
Indeed. Long walk to Southwest Check in
Did you get to enjoy the AMEX lounge?
I didn't make it in to the Amex Lounge. I don't generally find the Escape Lounges to be all that fantastic
So depressing couldn’t go there. From Japan.
