And ai will do the rest .....not cost effective but good solutions often require compramise from both the sides. Other issues can be addressed easily.. Teachers can also give big shoutout to students with name who follow it . Not just uploading excel sheet ...there are more creative ways to give them attention ...

Tooh weekly once sab students ko call jana chahiye, one to one baat hona chahiye, ki bhai, btao kya dikkat hai, sur jyada kuch nhi tooh usko btao ki haan tu sahi padh raha hai, bass aise hi padhta reh, itna saa bolne se bhi bohot acha solution hoga. 2) ye bohot costly hoga, but believe me most effective. Libraries banni chahiye jah aapke number of students jyada hai online wale, taaki aaram se aarak udhar padh sake, uska ek minimal monthly fees le skte hai.

Iam not student of iit jee iam preparing for nda but for online platform i have a suggestion that they should take 2 to 3 phone no of every student and if a student did not attend a class the system will automatically send a msg to another 2 to 3 no that student name had not taken today's physics class please contact to our technical team if the student is not attending class for last 2 to 3 weeks his/her id will be blocked and after his/her parents talk the technical support he will not able to attend class and regulary messages will go on onther number if it will be repeated more than 2 times he will be banded and he Will mot able to log in at the account he have to pay more to unban the account.. 1. Submit option in exams should be removed as exam dete wakt something bache ka beech mein man nahi kiya exam submit karke chala gaya it should be like ek sath baitha 3 hr Tak exam Diya then all
2. Regular performance report to be generated using ai and all and to be sent to parents atleast a month to mark progress
3.class duration and student sincerity also matters like class duration can be like 2hr atmost
4. Doubt clearance session to be atttended regularly
Again atlast I will like to say that all these problems are not problem if the student is sincere and is properly planned in what he/she is doing

I have a few suggestions
1) bohot baar kya hota hai na, motivation khatam ho jaata hai bacche ka, parents ka utna support nhi rehta, student darr jaata hai itna competition dekh ke. Tooh weekly once sab students ko call jana chahiye, one to one baat hona chahiye, ki bhai, btao kya dikkat hai, sur jyada kuch nhi tooh usko btao ki haan tu sahi padh raha hai, bass aise hi padhta reh, itna saa bolne se bhi bohot acha solution hoga.
2) ye bohot costly hoga, but believe me most effective. Libraries banni chahiye jah aapke number of students jyada hai online wale, taaki aaram se aarak udhar padh sake, uska ek minimal monthly fees le skte hai.
Sir me bhi motion online ka student hu mere bhi 20-25 lec ka backlog hai. Due to inpuncutuality backlog ho gaya. Jaha tak sawal hai online cricullum band karne ki to sir band mat kijiye. Jo student class ni kar rahe online ya recorded unke parents ke pass in interval of 3 days message send kar dijiye. Somehow get in touch through the parents give the information (about class)of their ward

Some changes that should be made (1) sir physics , chemistry ke ek 1.5 hour ke lecture ke notes bnane me 2 hour ka time chala jate hai and class me utne fast notes nhi bn pate aur jb last class ka notes and home work complete nhi rhta to agli class krne ka bhi mn nhi hota. to sir class me km se km 2 minute ka to time de diya kro notes ke liye . (2) Sir boards ke liye sath sath me definations and some basic question krani chahiye jisase hmari boards ki tension bhi km ho jayegi . Not all students will benefitted who are enrolling but few of the students will get benefitted surely

Iam not student of iit jee iam preparing for nda but for online platform i have a suggestion that they should take 2 to 3 phone no of every student and if a student did not attend a class the system will automatically send a msg to another 2 to 3 no that student name had not taken today's physics class please contact to our technical team if the student is not attending class for last 2 to 3 weeks his/her id will be blocked and after his/her parents talk the technical support he will not able to attend class and regulary messages will go on onther number if it will be repeated more than 2 times he will be banded and he Will mot able to log in at the account he have to pay more to unban the account..

Good afternoon sir i am a student of yours (apni kaksha , motion online{one shots}) sir i think daily monitoring would be a best solution for all these and at the end of the day the company should send a sms stating that (if the ward has attended the class or not{as we do these type of activities in offline classes} and sir bhot saare bacche online ko ek side option rakhte hai if they cant understand any particular concept they can learn from here and sir locking the lecture would get you till the solution {involving parents in this would be vv benificial for both of the parties} as sir if in offline the student dont comes to class the message goes and if it continues for 3 consecutive days the calls begin and sir the test marks should always sent to the parents ofc and sir rahi baat notes ki toh there should be some software which it can compare the notes of class and the notes of students ik they are very huge tasks and doing the thing makes very much effort than just stating but sir we have to fight against this (ps- love u sir from the deep of my heart)

Sir band Krna is not a solution .. It's a liniency from students' side .. I'm not even your any batch student but from the beginning of my drop year I'm somehow gathering your lectures from anywhere on RUclips mainly from etoos motion and really I'm performing very best in maths that means it's a student's fault my suggestion is that you just take sessions after test with student enrollment and discussions cuz test and their result appreciation motivates them to go further otherwise some Student's just stops due to no result they don't know that result is not one day meal you have to be consistent it's a process you can't just check that if it's not working try something else it's not a way .. your gareeb bachha .. Sir hamre doubts kabhi clear hii nhi ho skte hai Online lectures se becuz every student has unique doubt and unique capabilities to understand and clear his doubts but now daysvi use chatgpt and it helped me alot.
So I think we can use AI to monitor and transfrom education becuz now only this solution can help .
