I can't agree, I was also aspirant but I took 8 hours sleep,but other get sleepy in lectures but uninterrupted sleep makes me more energetic than other and more focused so don't compromise sleep, i tried less sleep it can't help it decreases productivity 😅😅

Actually my case is opposite, I generally sleep 9 hours but after workout I can't leave bed for more 2 hours. How long should I do it for results?
