      I can study without sleeping 7 hour bro 🫡it's only the mindset which decides how many hours you need to revive yourself . If you once make your mindset that you will sleep 5 hour and work 15 hour you will definately do it , ... I am sleeping 6 hour from last 3 years , daily and studying 7,8 hours easily , and then 3 hour gym also ..😊

    5:30-6 ghante agar Mai sone lag gya toh Mera jee toh chaupat hoga hi aur saath hi saath meri daily life mein bhi bahut bura asar padega! Tarun khandelwal sir , air-289 jee advanced ne saaf kaha tha manzil ke ek oneshotecture ke waqt ki 7-8 hrs aaram se so sakte ho aap, but jitne time aap jag rhe ho, utne time ka aap effective way mein use Karo, rank toh achhi AA hi jaegi, even unhone khud ke bare mein bhi bataya tha ki woh bhi preparation ke time par itna soya karte the!     For a 16,17 years old students it is utmost necessity that they sleep for at 7.5 to 8.5 hours but yes if your exams are near let's say 1 month they it can be around 6.5 to 7.5.

    I can't agree, I was also aspirant but I took 8 hours sleep,but other get sleepy in lectures but uninterrupted sleep makes me more energetic than other and more focused so don't compromise sleep, i tried less sleep it can't help it decreases productivity 😅😅

    I am also sleeping 9 hours but after 6 months of my hardwork
    I am doing workout, stress free for my sleep quality
    Sleeping 6 hours
    The real sadhus and bramchari sleep only 1 to 3 hour a day
    Because of focus , workout , yog , pranayam and practise 🎉🎉

      Actually my case is opposite, I generally sleep 9 hours but after workout I can't leave bed for more 2 hours. How long should I do it for results?
