If you do yard sales and have a lot of small items, you could set a price for “any 3 items = X dollars” “any 5 items = X dollars” that way people will buy stuff they don’t even want. Just an idea. Keep up the great work. You guys make a great team!
You always have a video about some side hustle I want to get into thank you. I never got my ATM or vending machine and never got a liquidation pallet but you are inspiring me to big time.
Please go for it! Anything! If you’re scared of failing, that’s OKAYY! You’ll not only learn from it but you’ll have the experience next time. I started a mobile detailing business partly because of one of Reyes video that Inspired me! I have struggled with socializing with people as a teen adult & thought I couldn’t do it. I’ve been running my own business since summer 2020! With my Dad by my side And I’ve never been happier! Start small and Grow!
I've been reselling on Facebook Marketplace for years and people asking if it's available and ghosting and lowballers are a norm. hahaha. I use the "leave conversation" option so that my inbox doesn't get confusing amongst the messages from serious buyers. Also for safety reasons, I make sure my pick-up window is any time between morning and before it gets dark out.
When they ask if the product is still available, say "yeah, but someone's coming to buy it later, so if you're interested, you gotta get it now so I can let the other buyer know its gone."
Hold on to the desks until school starts back up in the fall and throw them up on FB Market. They will $ell then for sure. Nobody's looking for desks like that so close to the end of the school year.
Carnalito, you need to take these pallets to the swap meet. You’ll make a killing there bro. Also, be patient when selling on offer up and market place. It’ll sell. All the small things sell it in a bundle and make some money back
I sell hundreds of products on marketplace a month and I always put “will not respond to is it available” and you get a lot more people who are actually interested
On market place when someone asks “ is it still available.” The best response is answering the question with a question. “Yes it is, when works best for you to come look at it?”
I did very well with pallets a while back when I saw you did a video with a guy who sold the items at swap meets. I had a lot of success with it but it's very tiring dealing with flaky people lol. Getting ghosted has literally been the majority of a lot of the things I dealt with. One thing I would do is price things at like 20% less than what it sells for new. Some things I'll open the box but others I'll post new in the box. I had the most sucess with costway items on marketplace and OfferUp, and I feel like smaller items is a hassle, most people want a deal on them and to me it just doesn't seem worth it at all for the headache. Stick to furniture that's good for studio apartments. A really good way to get what you want for it is saying something like "free delivery within X mile radius if paid full asking price" cause usually you price things at a price expecting people to negotiate a few dollars, so if you deliver to them you're not spending much in gas at all if it's a short mile radius.
In my every Facebook ad I post. I include the phrase "don't ask if it's available. I will not respond." You'll get less message but more serious interest
I resell as well. I post all over the place but rarely do I post on FB marketplace. Mostly due to the lowballers. But eBay Mercari Poshmark etc all great places to list
my claw machine and gumball machines are making me $500-$600/month spending around $200 every 2 months in product. I'm finally making money while i sleep.
Ok this is how yard sales work, everyone wants to bargain and lowball so if you want lets say $8 for a cady and $8 for a scale dont put a price on it, like that they ask you for the price and now they are invested into the item, this is how the scenerio will play: customer: how much a for a scale. Seller: they are $10 but if you buy more items I can do a good bundle for you, if you buy a scale and a cady i can do $16 for both. Buyer: I was just interested in the scale. Seller: ok, just because im trying to sell my items fast, it was $10 but ill do $8 for you just tell your family and friends..... One of the most important thing is that on the bigger items like scale and cady you dont put the price, Your talking has to do the selling... On smaller items under $5 you can put the prices because the low price sells itself....By the way if you can place items on tables or higer up it would be better, its easier for people to see every item and alot of times yardsale customer are a little older and they dont want to be bending down.
Facebook marketplace is only good for selling heavier bulky items that are too expensive to ship but even then selling locally is a waste of time so I feel you
Guys, I bought 4 big items and two clothing pallets and made a huge garage sale and made $1500 in two days. I still have tons of clothing tho. Still making money day by day. ❤️ love doing this
I average 300- 850 per day on garage sales ... fri - sun , I usually do the math and can sell the items at a 95% discount, enough to make a profit and for the person to buy it benefit or resale. I now have contacts to let them know what I got.
Where can I buy coast way pallets for? I always had good success flipping coast way I spent 2000 and made 3000k profit, I’m located in in la. Can you point me in the right direction?
I been resaler for over 15yrs ,I sell everywhere, even when Craigslist was a thing lol. And yes it's a normal thing people Ghosting you after a asking if is available. And the easy explanation is , they are not serious buyers , I call them window shoppers lol, , they see something they like , but they know they don't havw the money. Another pro tip, sometimes some sneaky buyers want to see how desperate you are to sell something, then they give you a way off low ball offer if you show weakness lol. Another pro tip 😏, just respond with 2 text, ,Yes it is , and Do you have any questions, if they don't respond, they are not serious buyers, keep it moving
If u promote one item just for one day on offer up normally people hit u up asap and if they don’t I’ll do it for two more days promotion by then some one will want it. But you are payin like 2 or 3 dollars to promote each day
I would recommend your girl take $500 and go hit up some garage sales. Find some rare treasures and re-sell the stuff on EBay (not clothes like you sold).
I hope you don’t get mix match boxes beware of the 1 of 3 boxes make sure you get all 3 of 3 of that same item cause of not you will lose out on a lot of money don’t ask me how I know !!

Almost like a bundle

Yes !!!! people always click is it available and you never hear from them again.
The fun you guys are having doing this is priceless.
When they ask if the product is still available, say "yeah, but someone's coming to buy it later, so if you're interested, you gotta get it now so I can let the other buyer know its gone."
damn good tip
Any real buyer, knows that’s bullshit.
It’s always the little things that make the difference
Lol people tell me this all the time and I still end up buying the product a week or 2 later.
@@edg9567 Exactly
I don't see you talking about the time it takes to sell this stuff. How long are you spending on posting, replying, dealing with customers.
Reyes you and your family are killin' it 💯 the knowledge is amazing 👏
That’s a stretch
Hold on to the desks until school starts back up in the fall and throw them up on FB Market. They will $ell then for sure. Nobody's looking for desks like that so close to the end of the school year.
Y’all a good team
You should try bidding on Abandoned Storage Unit
When you scale up you can get a storage unit to store more furniture
Awesome content, I enjoy the videos, thank you for sharing ... looking forward to your next video
Try the flea market from Friday - Sunday
From personal experience most if not all of the times when they ask if it’s still available they are not serious
You guys did great with the yard sale!
You are a very inspiring person
Awesome video good buddy! Hustle, hustle, hustle yo! Dele shine!!!

Good video
I started 2 weeks ago and still have all my merchandise 😮💨 I need to put more effort in this no hits on FB market place or offer up
Any luck yet
Hit the like 👍👍👍. Got me thinking to try this out Reyes lol
I sell hundreds of products on marketplace a month and I always put “will not respond to is it available” and you get a lot more people who are actually interested
what Kind of items do you sell? And do you buy pallets?
@@jamesstone6561 I see a lot of different items, within the last 3-4 months I’ve started buying more pallets and that’s majorly what is on marketplace
So in the first video you said it was 130 for the pallet plus 40 for the gas. Then the 2nd video the price went to like 500. So what’s the deal?
you 2 look good together ❤️
you need to invest on a used pickup and trailer... buy a shipping container and some shelves and have a inventory shop in the back yard.
On market place when someone asks “ is it still available.” The best response is answering the question with a question. “Yes it is, when works best for you to come look at it?”
Great content Reyes!
Awesome content Reyes keep it coming!
Reyes homie, you need a god dammm haircut you lookin like crusty krabs out there

Awesomeness! Great content🐼
Your videos are the best
You’re a lucky man. Your wife is beautiful 👍🏽
I’ve been reselling on offer up since I was 12 now I’m 18 over the years I learned yes when ppl ghost you that is part of the selling game
I did very well with pallets a while back when I saw you did a video with a guy who sold the items at swap meets. I had a lot of success with it but it's very tiring dealing with flaky people lol.

Love your videos and passion. You ever think about selling cologne & perfume?
my claw machine and gumball machines are making me $500-$600/month spending around $200 every 2 months in product. I'm finally making money while i sleep.
Reyes got his wife squeeze through pallets ? Side hustle is real
It’s apart of the game
What I think is. The accounts that ask “is it available” are robot accounts or people that rate you for respond time
Ok this is how yard sales work, everyone wants to bargain and lowball so if you want lets say $8 for a cady and $8 for a scale dont put a price on it, like that they ask you for the price and now they are invested into the item, this is how the scenerio will play: customer: how much a for a scale.

Coming from an active eBay seller, I think I may start selling pallets🤔
I'm here for this series bro
Ayyye thanks for being here
"Yeaaahhhh" 🤣
Great content!
Ghosting is part of the game.
Facebook = tire kicker or low ball buyers.
Generally speaking.
Facebook marketplace is only good for selling heavier bulky items that are too expensive to ship but even then selling locally is a waste of time so I feel you
Yo Reyes! What about the hair cut!?
Return Walmart goodies to Walmart?
i resale alot on offer up and getting ghosted after them asking if its still available is the normal..it happens alot less on facebook market place

Try staging stuff bro and make it look nice .
Seems like a lot of effort for too little return. Still, good job anyways... you guys killed it !
Yeah i guess this is how you learn practice makes prefect
Definitely not worth it selling all that stuff locally, imo
I would recommend your girl take $500 and go hit up some garage sales. Find some rare treasures and re-sell the stuff on EBay (not clothes like you sold).
I hope you don’t get mix match boxes beware of the 1 of 3 boxes make sure you get all 3 of 3 of that same item cause of not you will lose out on a lot of money don’t ask me how I know !!
That is normal. Someone asking if it's available and than ghost you.
Hit the like button 👍
Facebook marketplace there are many as much as 70% who ask if it's available and ghost. Part of the game unfortunately.
If you get bigger items you can get more $ beacuse there worth more
The school stuff is nothing that’s definitely small profit
Hi
