I have the latest NB 880 and NB 1080 as daily trainer and recovery shoe and I’m extremely happy with that duo. I’m just going to keep it simple with the basics. Also love that NB gives option to get a wider shoe. Both of mine are 2E and are perfect for my feet.
So Balos is a very good daily trainer that is a bit overpriced because for thy same price Superblast beats it in every category except comfort. However Superblast 2 is impossible to find. All three of my orders were canceled because they were sold out. Help me running warehouse please 🙏
@@YumYummmm good for you, i should have done the same. just wondering have you guys ever tried the prime x v1? It came out about the same time like SC trainer V1. ( never get the chance to try it here in mauritius )
The Balos sounds like a great shoe. At $200, it's overpriced for what it is. New Balance should drop the price. When the Superblast first came to market it apparently did not sell well at $220 and Asics quickly reduced the price to $200. I'm really liking the Rebel V4 and it only costs $140 retail. No way the Balos merits a $60 increase over the Rebel. Nor does it merit a $35 increase over the 1080. I hope enough runners balk at the Balos price point. Enough already with so many overpriced shoes coming to market!
First run in the Balos this afternoon. Love it so far. Durability with the outsole is going to be the big question on this one, already seeing some wear after the initial 7-miler...
Anytime Connor is on the screen, I feel like I'm watching a used car salesman. Thomas, you guys are 100% legit...Connor would sell a 1973 Pinto to his mother at full price.😂
Prior free travel provided by New Balance to Believe in the Run was not disclosed in this video. As a Running Warehouse customer, I'm disappointed. There are reasons why disclosures are required by FTC guidelines.
1080 v13 is mushy rubbish that shows NB lost their way completely with that shoe. The Balos is what the 1080 should be, just need to slash that price by at least $25.
Balos looks nice but definitely not in that color....from the 2 if there's anything I will look for in the future it will be the Balos. If there's a cw I like.
" the sc trainer is money" at least someone said something right... I would say, ridiculous amount of money that brings nothing new. Im tired of the marketing pitch of these three stooges, plus One!
I've only seen the v3 in one online store so far, and it was sitting at 250 euro... The v2 at 230 was already massively overpriced, and I don't like that one nearly as much as v1.
Good times
Worlds are colliding
When this is how you sell shoes... you sell shoes. Keep the honesty and humor coming, it's what we all want and need.

Is the 880 firm? Been interested in it
I'm curious why you would compare a plated trainer to non plated shoe.
Very interesting
Balos all the way. Can’t wait for the release. I do wish it had an upper that you can go sockless in

Adidas supernova Prima does everything the Superblast 2 does but with a better upper on the prima and a little more weight
@@B.Wise.B.Running they seem a little too heavy and the reviews never compare them with Superblast
G.O.A.T or StockX. You will pay over retail. I'm pretty sure Asics will restock.
Even the Superblast 1 is difficult to find for retail.😢
@@snowwalker9999 definitely different feeling shoe but they’re made for the same purpose which is long run shoe at a marathon or slower pace
RIP SC Trainer V1. The best shoe NB ever put out ngl.
Agree. Luckily, I got 2 of them before they were discontinued..

Thomas is why BITR works! Robbe as usual... never makes up his mind... Thomas is a cool dude!
Great review guys… fun and informative!
Superblast 2 has no rivals nowadays. Just bought v2 of the sc trainer for half the price. Love it but need something else and faster.

The More line and 1080 have outsole issues. WHY can't they harden that up like the Glycerin, or Triumph 20 lines????
It’s ground contact foam like the NB Zante line had. The wear you see is merely cosmetic. They’ll easily last 300+ miles.
They’re all trying to find good things to say about the SC Trainer but don’t seem to really like it.
When I saw Robbie jump off that rock I literally said "omg don't hurt your ankle!"".
I was just about the say the same thing!!!
Can the balos be the no Plate marathon day shoe for slow Runners who would normally take the 1080?
So would the sc trainer v3 be better than the rebel elite for everyday use?

That's my issue with runningwarehouse videos.. They're just advertisements
that Balos looks like a design homage to the early 2000's.
I love when these 2 groups collab

C'mon bro, this colorway is 🔥
Good morning. Zero interest in the NB Balos. I prefer the NB SC trainer v3, NB 880 v13. Like to Running Warehouse, Thomas and Robbe. Have a great day.

I loved the SC trainer v1 and the v3 is just terrible and im a NB guy but it is trash. I guess i need to try the Balos.
Can't wait till my Balos get here!
I wish i got 3 pairs of the sc trainer 1.
I really like the Balos, but I hate the colors. I have been waiting for NB to drop new colors.
These guys together are giving me an Anchorman vibe, not sure why. 😅
Sc pacer 2 is the best Nb shoe out right now
What you talkin' bout Willis?
one morning run?! the sole-rubber is already fading - that would never happen with a PUMA...
2:48 Whoa, watch those ankles, Robbe!! 😬 @Believeintherun
Robbie went Balos deep.
the sc trainer has a carbon fiber plate? looks and feels like pebax/ plastic.
It is carbon fiber plate, but the plate-less balos actually costs more than sc trainer v3…
Connor's working OT to get these shoes moved. Come on and help him out BITR.

Lol for once running warehouse is actually reviewing shoes instead of an advertisement masquerading as a review 😂😂😂😂😂 BITR took this seriously
Balos looks like a child randomly adding piece to Mr Potato Head but instead it's shoe design ideas.🤦♂️
If you like hill training then the trainer is for you. It eats up the downs
Karl!!!!
$200 Balos? NO ty
According to independent shoe reviews belive in the run is a bad joke max, but def not legends.
Connor keeping the ugliest form in the game.
😅🤣
Balos is just an ugly shoe, nothing more
