yall got Stockholm syndrome with aa i swear. the game at the time was great but wasn't as great as people seem to make. i know what I'm talking about I was playing aa religiously. i hit lvl 200 without a single unique (playing without unique was hell if u tryna hit lb and some of end game stuff) that's only shows u how much I did play it. at the time, many people complained about the trait system and how repetitive the game was. literally every update just a bunch new units and new raid map and don't forget about the endless grind we did it was crazy with slow gameplay like 7-10 minutes to clear a game. keep in mind the devs at the time have put us in a leash they never listened to the community they just do random updates without even caring. what people are feeling rn Is literally just nostalgia if the game got released today with the same as it was the last day the game got removed from the platform it won't survive. cuz players nowadays changed that slow playstyle and the trait system being broken wont make the game last a month and there is so many competition and 2x and 3x and a lot of stuff going on
