@LeeYang-dw6fn As a fan of both XG and Babymonster I do see the similarities but it seems more of an everglow and loona type music video. The tone of each member was similar but the rapper with curly hair reminded me of Cocona and Harvey and one of the vocalists reminded me of Rora and Ass but that isn’t a bad thing. As long as they are not direct copies.

I think so many use "lalala" , is because it's easy to remember and sing along to regardless the language, which makes it universal, aka more commercial. Ofc it could also mean the writers were just lazy 🤷

Great point on the "la, la, las". Right before you said that, I was thinking the same thing. No lie. Personally, I think it's a kinda weak songwriting, especially when there are some many similar sounds that could be incorporated, "blah, blah, blah, or "wa, wa, wa," "cha, cha,, cha." ;>)
