Turns out that in order to escape you just use that keycard on the Gate C scanner, despite the scanner being for a fingerprint.. Idk why that's a thing, but there ya go.. The ending I got by doing that was the same as the ending I got last time, so still no clue how to get one of the newly added endings.
gotta play it again :)
1021 and the briefcase are involved in the other two endings. also, there is a document you can find explaining why the scanners work the way they do, which will be added onto more in the next update

if I didn't get wrong there is scp-005 in the scp-409's chamber, there is a dead body beside the scp-409 and scp-005 is between the dead body's leg, you can try to find it.
scp-005 is useful than omni card, it can even open passcode doors

Imagine running away from him while he’s sprinting, tripping over, falling to the cold, hard ground, your turn around and he has his hand over your mouth, tells you to not worry and then he puts his hand on your throat. I sometimes have nightmares of 049 and 106.

When you use her card on the gate a slot, it says "needs keycard to operate" rather than "needs [specific level] to operate" so I think the card is programmed as a hand, but the sprite is the card. I feel like they should have programmed it as a card, but ig that would have made it so omni could open the gate if it were a card slot? idk. I'm no game programmer. Really fucks with you tho since that means the Gate has to be a finger scanner.
