hi there! have you tried testing its authenticity? i mean shorting the ports by using the charging cable.. if its authentic then all leds will light up (due to its short circuit protection feature). if its fake/imitation, then the leds wont light up.. hoping for you quick reply on this..coz i tried mine, and it ddnt lit up..got mine from a smart store.

My PowerBank's leds switch immediately off after blinking for 4 times when I charge the power bank using the given cable. But this doesn't happen when I use other cables, it keeps blinking while charging. Is it the same with you? (you used another cable for charging it.
When I used the original cable. Its working for me. Its keep blinking. Then when i try other cable it still the same. I don't know if your original cable is defected. If not read the user manual.

It is happening only with my htc charger
