한국 갯벌에 사는 칠게 입니다.
저 크기가 다 자란 성체입니다.
대부분 해산물은 바로 잡아 요리합니다.
해산물은 죽으면 바로 부패가 진행되기 때문입니다.
잡았을때 바로 얼리거나 소금에 절이는 이유도 신선도 때문입니다.
칠게는 눈이 성냥 모양으로 길고 좀더 직사각형의 몸통을지니고있습니다. 집게발도 뾰족하구요. 뻘에서 살기때문에 해감을 안하면 먹기도 힘듭니다. 외관상으로볼때 무늬발게나 바위게에 가까워 보이는데요.
