Being a medicine student feeling glad that I came across to gain knowledge from a youtube channel who takes clinical cases live as demo. Keep going , It is really very helpfull 😊
Normally in theory classes and also in case presentations when these are discussed we as medicos fail to get a STEP By STEP approach of a real case. here when each strategy is discussed the same is done on the patient immediately.thats what differentiates a real clinical exposure from just a discussion.hats off to this amazing platform😀
I wish i have classes like this😭😭but my professor are too lazy they just read from slide .. n ask us to Take only history Everytime in clinical ward... Please post more videos i love them ♥️♥️♥️ learning a lot from this dept ❤️ thank you so much
Gireesh sir, please do more videos like this scenarios sir... These are very very useful and you are teaching in a way to understand it easily... Please kindly do more for us sir...
@@preetsingh2745 oh! Please clarify sir as to how do you plan to manage the pain that morphine would subside and thin the blood as well as provide a vasodilation effect that aspirin would do. I hope i am not replying to a quack.
It may look like a Drama but remember we will not have good Doctor's if they don't know what they are doing.in my opinion this was a great demo on how to help someone with MCI
I think it was viva( exam) and not a drama. I'm a 2nd year mbbs student and i can be sure of that Also in the process of self knowledge, we might kill/harm the patients. It is a better way, according to me
My thanks and appreciation for ur entire team sir 🙏🏻 really u people doing great work. it’s very using for UG and whoever practising medicines . Once again Thank you Dr Girish sir and entire team🙏🏻😊
Thank you for these amazing videos. Great resource. Please if it's not too much of a bother, could you help to add subtitles for those of us who might not be able to pick up on some of the words spoken. Thanks in anticipation.
When youb are in B you have to examine the chest as your patient has low spo2. Because it can be PE or there can be con current Pulmonary odemab4 jumping in to C.
It's great pride in becoming a Dr ( Medical professional) .it needs lot of patience and hard-work unlike other profession it is not that rewarding. Earning of a Dr starts in middle age depends upon location and skill
Thanx... I was looking far a video can teach us as if we r having a pt in emergency ..Plus this is so wanted topic as noncommunicable diseases r flooded nowdays in community.
Thanks a lot. I have some suggestion to improve the quality of the videos. Please any time in any videos, please mention the generic name of the drug and proper doses with proper route with duration. So that it will be a good recall for me and I will be benefited at the most. You can display the name, dose, route of administration in the background screen. Here another things may be missing.... like propped up position. and why we are not going start oxygen by nasal cannulam why face mask?
