    Normally in theory classes and also in case presentations when these are discussed we as medicos fail to get a STEP By STEP approach of a real case. here when each strategy is discussed the same is done on the patient immediately.thats what differentiates a real clinical exposure from just a discussion.hats off to this amazing platform😀

    I wish i have classes like this😭😭but my professor are too lazy they just read from slide .. n ask us to Take only history Everytime in clinical ward... Please post more videos i love them ♥️♥️♥️ learning a lot from this dept ❤️ thank you so much

      Even pgt are also lazy they don't want to trained intern just telling intern to measure BP, SpO2,cbg,temp.

    Considering the blood pressure is normal, sublingual nitrate could be given.

      Sublingual NTG can bring down the blood pressure,BEST treating as ACS

      @@preetsingh2745 oh! Please clarify sir as to how do you plan to manage the pain that morphine would subside and thin the blood as well as provide a vasodilation effect that aspirin would do. I hope i am not replying to a quack.

      It may look like a Drama but remember we will not have good Doctor's if they don't know what they are doing.in my opinion this was a great demo on how to help someone with MCI

      I think it was viva( exam) and not a drama.
      I'm a 2nd year mbbs student and i can be sure of that
      Also in the process of self knowledge, we might kill/harm the patients. It is a better way, according to me

    When youb are in B you have to examine the chest as your patient has low spo2. Because it can be PE or there can be con current Pulmonary odemab4 jumping in to C.

    Thanks a lot. I have some suggestion to improve the quality of the videos. Please any time in any videos, please mention the generic name of the drug and proper doses with proper route with duration. So that it will be a good recall for me and I will be benefited at the most. You can display the name, dose, route of administration in the background screen.
    Here another things may be missing.... like propped up position. and why we are not going start oxygen by nasal cannulam why face mask?
