I somewhat agree... the only problem with that is they always make the second leads ALSO in love with the leads so they end up sad and alone. like almost every time the female lead has a best friend who's a dude who's secretly in love with her unrequitedly. and then the male lead has a female near him who ends up being a conniving biatch
