i love whenever he gets to sing but omg, that scene in this movie was so moving to me, it nearly brought me to tears. it was a beautiful moment in the midst of terror
+s0ulEaTeR1012 Same and James Wan understands that. The long takes and slow dolly shots in the conjuring films as well as actually having characters that are fun to watch are what make them so good.
I thought the conjuring 2 was chock full of jump scares, it had too much CGI, didn't feel real. Not to mention the crooked man, which looked ridiculous. The first one felt genuinely terrifying.
+Gabeer Kabeer We didn't watch the same film then cause their was not a lot of jump scares. maybe more than the first and I'll agree the first is better but conjuring 2 is still a very good horror film
Jake Boos Not a lot of jump scares? I counted plenty. Also, in almost every 5 minutes of the film, furniture was flying, doors slamming shut, people levitating, beds rattling. Each scene felt the same, except the nun-painting scene. Each "scare scene" in the film was more "in- your-face", I hardly call that suspense. As opposed to the first one, which was more low-key and relied on atmosphere. It's a good horror film, surely, but it wasn't grounded in reality like the first conjuring.
I must admit, that is an exceptionally good-looking man right there...Patrick Wilson is a fabulous actor. Loved him as The Nite Owl. Loved him in Fargo.
What a kid, I thought he was more mature, he's a kid lol don't like the conjuring anymore after I noticed these guys have nothing to do with the characters they play in those movies lol
1. He said that in the first conjuring. 2. He was not in the 3rd insidious. 3. Different cinematic universes which means different theories on the supernatural.
honestly we all have different opinions but the first conjuring was way scarier than the conjuring 2 i mean cmon conjuring 2 had some animations which kinda made it look bad and then to much drama and romance in it i wanted a thriller movie the kind of movie where you have a heart attack mid way and dnt even notice till after its done lmfao
+Arcadian Mirrorz See I thought the first was better plot wise. The third act in this film felt bloated and too over the top. But I thought this one was scarier. Guess different opinions.
This was such a good movie! I liked it better than The Conjuring 1, but mostly because we got to see more of Ed and Lorraine. I ship them so hard! Ugh they’re so cute together
Lot's of good things in it. Rorshach is phenomenal. Also great action. It can be a little style over substance, but a pretty good time. Even more if you've read the novel. Guy above says it sucks. I disagree. Maybe not fantastic, but definitely doesn't suck. Director's cut is great!
If I was in the audience and he mentioned Angels in America I would have screamed way louder than that.. He is amazing in it and completely manages to hold his own in scenes with Al Pacino.
I went to see it 2 days ago. I think the plot is great. I love the relationship between the characters and how the tension built up gradually. Overall it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be but still this movie is way beyond those cheesy typical horror movies you see in the past few years. Go see it!
I got it, it's alright! Hahahaha Patrick! My sister went yesterday to watch The Conjuring 2 and she told me it's the scariest movie she has ever seen. She couldn't sleep, so yeah! We will be in for a good scare!
I went to the cinema last night and saw another trailer for the conjuring 2, and it was pretty scary - it actually made me scream (just a small one), and I pretty much never get scared by movies!
I saw every single horror movie released that year and I honestly don't remember what they were about. The stories were so superficial and the scares forgettable. But I remember the conjuring because the singing scene was so emotional and beautiful. What an strange place to find magic.
+Leeny Jiong it's because james wan is the director of the conjuring and insidious. I hate horror movies; but i will watch if james wan is involved. He also wrote/produced both conjurings.
Quando ouvi Patrick cantar Elvis era como se o próprio estivesse cantando a voz é muito igual, gostaria de ouvir na voz dele LOVE -ME TENDER assisti o filme chorei horrores.
Just watched the movie. Patrick Wilson singing Elvis is worth the price of the ticket 😍
i love whenever he gets to sing but omg, that scene in this movie was so moving to me, it nearly brought me to tears. it was a beautiful moment in the midst of terror
they should make an audio version of it
Patrick Wilson really deserves to be BIGGER!!! Such a good actor on everything he does.
this is sooooo true!
Pretty sure he's pretty big ;) ;) ;)
guy is far richer than you would ever guess. about a quarter billion
+Dark Turn of Mind whatareyueFUCKENgay?
@@Ryan-se6dt more like 7 million lol
If you're watching a movie and Patrick Wilson shows up, some scary shit's about to go down.
ha 😂
Fr 😂😂
I'm laughing so hard bc he was In the phantom of the opera movie
I'm here from the future. He's in Aquaman......🤣🤣🤣
Patrick wilson actually sings better than most popstars
Than most modern present age popstars. ;)
azarel putra totally agree!
Yeah. He should song more.
He is in a band.
Did you watch Phantom of the opera? Lol
That scene right there is the difference between the conjuring films and other haunting films. No jump scare or loud noise just suspense.
suspense scares the hell outta me
+s0ulEaTeR1012 Same and James Wan understands that. The long takes and slow dolly shots in the conjuring films as well as actually having characters that are fun to watch are what make them so good.

This guy is an incredible actor, so many different roles from hard candy to conjuring to Fargo
Raoul! Loved this guy in Phantom of the Opera
I was looking for someone else who did lol
Man he's a great actor
I really enjoy his voice
He’s such an underrated actor he deserves more like Oscar winning roles
What a kid, I thought he was more mature, he's a kid lol don't like the conjuring anymore after I noticed these guys have nothing to do with the characters they play in those movies lol
Patrick Wilson has my heart 🌹❤️
Did he not learn from 3 insidious movies that the spirits follow you, not the house?
lmao
Spirits can follow houses, people or even dolls...
1. He said that in the first conjuring. 2. He was not in the 3rd insidious. 3. Different cinematic universes which means different theories on the supernatural.
@@kartikiyer3067 just one thing... Houses can't move
I love Patrick Wilson so much ❤️❤️❤️
So handsome! Been a fan of Patrick Wilson since phantom of the opera ❤️
I really like him I think he's an all around great actor and solid dude .
The Conjuring 2 is immensely better than the first one and one of the best films of the year, everyone needs to go see it
The first one was better, though i was suprised the conjuring worked as a sequal, the only movie that had a working sequal as a recall was godfather.
honestly we all have different opinions but the first conjuring was way scarier than the conjuring 2 i mean cmon conjuring 2 had some animations which kinda made it look bad and then to much drama and romance in it i wanted a thriller movie the kind of movie where you have a heart attack mid way and dnt even notice till after its done lmfao
I agree. conjuring 1 was scarier. but this movie was much better from a plot aspect in my opinion
+Arcadian Mirrorz See I thought the first was better plot wise. The third act in this film felt bloated and too over the top. But I thought this one was scarier. Guess different opinions.
Jake Boos yeh true. I can't argue with it either. I just like how they crossed both houses together in this one
He is excellent in the movie. Him and Vera Farmiga actually play characters in a horror movie worth empathizing with.
I'm straight, but this actor is handsome.
Ikr
Javier Cruz Kell IKR!!
I’m straight too but damn!!! He’s honestly handsome tho
gay
Patrick Wilson should play Elvis
He should play Paul Newman :Ь
Resembles Paul newman more, if they did a Newman biopic he would be great for it
Sounds like him, doesn't look like him..

Yes
Love him (Patrick) so much!
Patrick s voice is amazing! Love this guy, he singing elvis is so good. Elvis is my favorite male singer!
Hes awesome and that Elvis impersonation is spot on.
I love Patrick so much!
You know, I tried not to catch feelings for this guy. I really tried. But who the hell am I kidding?
Sparky Marie me too!
Me three
Yeah, same here girl. I was like he is a married man twice my age. But since i'm not gonna meet him, what harm will it do. I love him.
This was such a good movie! I liked it better than The Conjuring 1, but mostly because we got to see more of Ed and Lorraine. I ship them so hard! Ugh they’re so cute together
Watchmen is the most underrated movie ever
He's in Watchmen? Now I really need to check out that movie!
You really don't want to. Trust me, it sucks.
rockomundo I'll still check it out. If it's bad, so be it but who knows, I might like it!
Alex Mujica I haven't read the novel but I'm watching it. And I'll probably watch the director's cut. ;)
I love his voice....I can't help falling in love with you ❤️

He looks like Will Arnett and Chris Pratt had a baby
And Paul Newman.

That's a cool ass suit.
i adore Patrick Wilson! very underrated
I love Patrick Wilson so much
Patrick Wilson is a Total Entertainer/Performer. Great singer and actor.
If I was in the audience and he mentioned Angels in America I would have screamed way louder than that.. He is amazing in it and completely manages to hold his own in scenes with Al Pacino.
A Very good charismatic actor.🤗🤗🤗
Huge fan from India. We love Patrick Wilson. He is such a brilliant actor.
I like Patrick Wilson. He must be so handsome and so talended actor, musician, singer and director.
Love Patrick and the films he's in.
I went to see it 2 days ago. I think the plot is great. I love the relationship between the characters and how the tension built up gradually. Pats acting is hard to describe..hes in character ..200% no doubt..but its like hes the narrator as well..its strange but in A very wonderful way.
One of my most favorite scene in the movie was the part where he sang. It was so lovely and warm.
Patrick Wilson looks like a mix of Chris Pratt and Will Arnett
Arnett for sure
He reminded me so much of Chris Pratt whilst watching the conjuring 2
Can't unsee it
fargo, watchmen, the conjuring, this man is my favourite.
Loved the "My Fair Lady" music as he entered. Props to the band!
Who else has liked this guy since 08s Watchmen.

He's my favorite actor
Patrick Wilson is the lovechild of Paul Newman and Chris Pratt
I love Patrick Wilson
I get him confused with you know who? Will Arnet. Long lost brothers.
I saw every single horror movie released that year and I honestly don't remember what they were about. The stories were so superficial and the scares forgettable. But I remember the conjuring because the singing scene was so emotional and beautiful. What an strange place to find magic.
Just saw the movie. Wanted to shit myself. Such a good movie
The conjuring movies are some of the best horror films yet to be honest
yeh and insidious too. all these have brilliant written stories and plots (Y)
+Leeny Jiong it's because james wan is the director of the conjuring and insidious. I hate horror movies; but i will watch if james wan is involved. He also wrote/produced both conjurings.
Well i was in a haunted movie theater i just found out auditorium 14 🙃
I just barely watched it and yep ur right
The LOVE is stronger than the Fear
thats the message of song in the Movie
I like Patrick very good actor and cute.
Idk if anyone else noticed but 'The Conjuring 2' had some similar ideas from the 'Insidious' movies (besides Patrick Wilson being a main character)..
i noticed it and noticed some things that had to do with the nun demon
yeah but luckily they were both great movies lol
Tanya Khatun well James Wan directed all of those movies
I'm proud of him, he went from skeptic to being open to it LOL.
i love him!!!!
He sings soo beautifully
He deserves the best
He is definitely underrated!!
Istg,I really have a crush on this guy!
Quando ouvi Patrick cantar Elvis era como se o próprio estivesse cantando a voz é muito igual, gostaria de ouvir na voz dele LOVE -ME TENDER assisti o filme chorei horrores.

I seen it today. I kinda like sleepy in the beginning. but it got scary in the middle and great at the end. it was slow at the beginning.
Patrick Wilson is going to play Ocean Master in the Aquaman movie!
he was aweaome as star lord
I miss him. Where is he now
Lindo ótimo ator
I love You,Patrick Wilson.Estas muy guapo.💞💋🔥🔥
Como eu adoro esse Homem!
Chris Pratt traded his humour for good looks.
Patrick wilson looks like everybody
How does his good looks make him any less funny
Haha, fair point. However, not as funny as Pratt, I mean few are..
Many are, few however as handsome and charming
On such a large scale
oh god yes fargo
