Hey, Nick. Is it fine for me to put my trend lines at the highest wick for the resistance area and the lowest wick for the support area for the weekly working my way to the daily? Once I see the price coming into those areas can I move my way down to the 15-time frame and look for confirmations to enter? I've been doing it and it's working, but I want to know if that's the correct way of doing it?

Hello nick, I trade a day trading strategy and I get many good signals ( around 3-5 in a typical day) which all qualify for my system should I take all or does this come under overtrading?

Back test it, Try to start with 2 trade max. If you find your overall outcome positive then go for more entries... It's suggested to stick with less trades and have better marigin than taking multiple trades.

Yeah it really works I made much money on this for the first time...
I just started to learning trading. looking at your chart, it is just for backtesting. you would have not taken the first short as you were explaining on the video because the structure low was not establish yet and there was no confirmation of price doing back to the downside. how do you forward test the parallel channel?
You could take that short but only experienced traders who understand pure price action. Your entry wouldn't be at the channel, rather the singal for your entry comes after spotting the 3 wicks hitting the same resistance and getting rejected.
Second signal is from the last wick candle which is also a reverse green hammer which is a bearish signal, the third and final signal is the bearish engulfing candle after the green reversal hammer candle.
The proper entry is after the closing of the engulfing bearish to the downside.
Use cad draw a linear regression channel using meta trader in built tools

First off, I have 20 years studying tech analysis...not some newbie...Did you miss something? There is a channel within your wider channel....Notice to the left, a large red bar...breakout bar from the small channel, at the very beginning of your long and wide channel...The open of any large bar serves as support or resistance, and the open of the large red bar projected itself across the wide channel and turned the mkt downward twice. Also, as a general rule, channels and trend lines can be continually broken and you are forced to draw new trend lines...This is the reason I prefer moving averages cause they are not linear but curved. I do use channels whenever the mkt appears to be respecting them and the channels are wide such as this one...little narrow channels are not as dependable nor as profitable. For instance in this example you could internally play the repulses and make very good money.
