The Marvel Select Thor could still fit. Since he is a god, he should be taller than everyone else, minus Hulk.
I'll buy that!
the halk eye figures mask looks like wolverine
very similar for sure
Nice red hulk
The Ghost Rider, McGuinness Red Hulk, Romita Snr. Green Goblin and Romita Jnr. Hobgoblin are my favourite of the bunch
Those are obviously very nice choices. If I had to pick one - Hobgoblin!
That green goblin is perfect. We need those colours on the Hasbro one. Also a new ghost rider would be nice 😅
@@CarbonScoring way better than the New Retro Hobgoblin. Idk I think he just looks really flat I was really looking forward to Hobgoblin in that wave but a big letdown still the rest of the figures are incredible especially that new Symbiote Spider-Man
I HAVE THAT JACK KIRBY GREY HULK!!!!
Found that red hulk at a local comic shop for 60 bucks the other day, little worn but considering it's a rare build a figure it was definitely a good find, I love it
That is a GREAT find! Nice job!
@@CarbonScoringthe next one I want to see carvings flooring I've been scouring the next one I want to see is Hulk
Amazing thumbnail lol
I figured I had better wear my Carbon Scoring shirt so people could tell the difference between me and the Hulk...
@@CarbonScoring 😂
25:26 yeah, that is clearly based off early 2000 comics, that looks like black widow from IRON-MAN:MOST WANTED judging by the face sculpt.
Seems like a good guess!
6:40 that’s titanium man
Yep! Thanks!
“Have to wait till the 20th? That’s devious, man!”
_checks calendar_
“OH! This month is just flying by!”
you and me both!
Love the thing figure
If could only keep one would keep that green goblin or that hobgoblin
Agree!
the first silver had an stand
And I just found it this past weekend when I was looking through a GIANT box of random parts!!!
Do a flash mystery box if you have any flash toys
I will have much more DC content coming up soon!
Marvel legends are the best super Poseable and very detailed
They are super cool
That Hawkeye absolutely DOES look like a John Byrne.
Thank you!!! I am glad someone else can see it!!!
@@CarbonScoring And the Marvel Universe 3.75 inch Red Hulk looks SO Ed McGuiness it's uncanny.
Dam I thought that’s Spider-Man was the toybiz mcfarlane figure
I thought it was too, that is why I was saving it for last - surprised us all...
I like Ed McGinnis' style; he illustrates characters in a bulkier manner, but reminiscent of Alex Toth/Bruce Timm.
I wish they weren't so expensive, but if I can find them for a good deal, I've got to get my hands on those (early) Marvel Legends Green Goblin and Spider-Man Classics Hobgoblin figures!
I am always surprised at what you can find these for from time to time - you can catch a bargain every now and then. And I can't agree more about McGinnis!
I LOVE how he drew the Hulk.
Ughhh i want that classic green and hob goblin figure from the 90s showwwww ugh.
Gotta love these mystery boxes
That movie Thor is marvel legends spin off
Thanks - good call
I know I’m late but that Ghost Rider figure is Cosmic Ghost Rider.
Guy smokes so much pot he just forgets he boxed up all his rad figures? 😂😂😜
I wish...
Sweet box. Cap having a gun never really bothered me being that he is a soilder too. Not that he needs one but it's fine with me.
28:09 I HAD THAT WOLVERINE FIGURE!!! I used to love having him battle the hulk figure I had.
Sweet combo!
@@CarbonScoring yeah, the hulk vs wolverine comic was a favorite growing up.
That toybiz grey hulk you were holding with the big kirby head is going for a lot online. If its the Galactus BAF one.
I love that figure!
That was titanium man
Nice pick up! Thanks!
The irony right…because in theory a character named “Captain America” would totally carry a gun, probably an AR-15. Because we love our second amendment, don’t we? Lol but in all seriousness, I agree with you, I don’t like seeing him with a gun either.
*sigh* yeah, I think that is why I think that it is so great that Captain America’s “weapon” is actually a shield - I wish that said more about us as a nation than a gun…
I have the non bearded version of that sentry figure.
Pretty sure I have both - they just weren't together
Didn't know that red hulk was a rare BAF wave. I just recently bought that wave here in the Philippines for about 200 USD and I thought it was a bit much considering it was very early hasbro but it was my first time seeing it so I pulled the trigger lol.
I think you did pretty well on that one!
Love the thumbnail!🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
That Sabretooth is from the Wolverine series, Puck baf wave. It’s on the Hyperion buck. Amazing content as always, bud! I wait eagerly for each release.
Thanks Sean! That was a pretty tough wave to find as I remember - Toys R Us exclusive. Wonder how it ended up in this box?
@@CarbonScoring yeah, they were! I recently let go of the..er..voluptuous Emma Frost from that wave and found she was pretty well sought after apparently.
@@seanblasphemy yeah wtf? You just happened to have that emma? I looked all over. I mean, there she was on ebay. For 100 plus dollars but, you know what I mean.
@@toylips I was very graciously gifted her, by a friend of mine. Unfortunately, at the time I was trying to impose rules on myself like, only one version of a character. And being that I had both the Walgreens and Hellfire Club, the only reason I could find to keeping her were her well endowed “assets”. And I guess I could have kitbashed her, but….
Damn… i have that captain America comic figure but the toe is broken 😕
I wish i had more action figures
don't quote me on this, but i think that ghost rider is from fear itself.
Could be - I'm not a big a reader of Ghost Rider...
6:42 the “vaultguardsman” is actually a titanium man from I believe and iron man 2 toyline
The* not and
Yes, I totally got that wrong. They are both green, though...
@@CarbonScoring yeah. I will admit when you called it vault guardsman it does kinda sound like it would match the design.
Copiel is actually French
I should know that- he is a brilliant artist
The movie cap is from The First Avenger by the way, it’s his WW2 uniform
Excellent - thanks - it is a good looking figure!
@@CarbonScoring yeah, but then again most selects are!
Please do a Marvel Legends or Toy Biz retrospective!
Like a whole retrospective - a history of the line? That would be fun...
@@CarbonScoring Yes! That would be incredible!
I am pretty sure the ghost rider with blue flame is angle rider. I might be wrong.
Cool - I'll look that one up!
Captain America the first avenger how much?
Man, I love this channel I always see figures I didn't know existed especially the early dc direct stuff. Alas one of the only videos I have not watched is the DD video. I just know its going to break my heart as a DD Marvel legends figure has been a grail for me for ages. He's one of my all time favourite heroes and he's so hard to get! I have the select figure and the spiderman classics too but not a hasbro ML :(
Titanium man
Got it - thanks!
This is my figure if i in dreams
Customizers just love to ruin good figures.
I don't know - sometime they can create works of art!
Awesome video!
I appreciate that, Alan!
very good figures 👍 😉
I should have read the civil war before I watched the movie, but you explained well, thank you. Who wrote Captain America while there was no Captain America? Must have been a pretty interesting time to be involved in the comic.
Ed Brubaker was the writer during that entire run - if you have not checked it out, I HIGHLY recommend it!
At 6:32 you said that figure is a Vault Guardsman but I think its Titanium Man.
You are 100% correct!
You sure have a lot of doubles. You'd make a pretty penny selling them off.
Yeah, maybe. I'm too much of a hoarder, though....
😂 same.
Great video man.
Thanks, Liam!
Hey CS 👋, that larger green figure that you thought is Vault Guardsman is actually Titanium Man. I just ordered that figure from Ebay. As usual, great presentation of your old collectibles. 👏
Thanks Mav! I was actually at a Retro Toy Con this past weekend (will be a video covering that this week!) and saw Titanium Man for sale and immediately was like "Doh!"
Is it rlly new toys you get or just toys you have in past and now you found them?
These are old toys that had been put away and I am re-discovering them!
its symbiote not symbiate they say symbiote in the movies and in the comics and dont argue with me i watched all the spider man movie from spider man to spiderman far from home and it says symbiote in the animated shows
I'm a moron
Good, handsome
Do more dc ones
Most definitely!!!
Were do you get these
love your videos! I've watched all of them! are you ever going to follow up on the Nicholas Hammond Spider-Man figure you hinted at a couple videos back?
Great question! Yes, I am. I got a Hammond Spidey from a seller on Etsy - it is not articulated, but is a beautiful 3D printed figure. I had to hand paint it and there was some trial and error involved, but I actually think it came out great. After the holidays, I will do more research on the Spidey TV series/movies and will showcase that figure then! Thanks for watching!!!
@@CarbonScoring Oh sweet! I don't know why but sentry reminds me of nuclear man from Super Man 4. I have collected some of the older comics and marvel masterworks and such. In my opinion the older comics where the best because they where just so light hearted and fun. Have you seen the new Spider-Man no way home trailer? I love the new red and black costume, it's very reminiscent of Steve Ditko's original design. I think I heard somewhere that Steve Ditko originally wanted Spider-Man Orange and purple. Thank you so much for replying!
Was it difficult to hand paint it?
How buy these
Sadly not for sale!
Ok
Yeet
Fun stuff, huh!?!
What state u in
Mr Spock 21:10
Yep!
@@CarbonScoring I seen the Namor and it looked like a resemblance to Spock, lol.
Hey Carbon can you pin my question please?
What websites do you all get your toys from?
These days, I pre-order most everything as I just don't have the time. patience or energy to go hunting for figures. I mainly use BBTS and Hasbro Pulse for Legends and have had good luck with both for years now. Lately I have also been ordering from GameStop as well as they have gotten some figures sooner. Obviously, if there is a Target, WalMart or Amazn exclusive, I will order from those sites and - worst case scenario for new figures - eBay. FYI- I am not sponsored by any of these sites
Are you a baby playing toys
Yeah, maybe...
Can you shout me out next video
And I LOVE you're first appearance hulk AKA grey hulk I actually want that same figure for Christmas
The military cap with the gun is the hasbro 6-inch first avenger movie figure
Sweet! Thanks - got to move it over to the MCU box
6:47 that’s titanium man
Thanks - I'm a ding-a-ling
6:43 that's titanium man.
It sure is...
