Looks like these are young horses not yet accustomed to a slower pace - but they are willing and good-natured. Anyway, I like them much better than the tractor! I work our farm with a team of big Percherons.
Much better to have properly fitting collars and adjustable hames. Much more power and easier on the horses or mules. You use what you have though! I doubt these get used all day almost everyday at heavy work anyhow.
I hate to see horses tails docked like that. Our creator gave horses long tails for several good reasons. So let someone take away from you your appearance and see how you luke it

No sound from the horses, no sound from the harnesses, nothing. Only really bad music.

I have plowed horses & mules but never treated them like these are being treated. They need to learn to walk steady and given a rest often.
